CONVENIENCES of Unit - Ocean Pointe: Our cleaning crew is very particular so you can be assured that every detail has been covered in preparation for your arrival. Our unit is on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access. Our layout is approximately 1400 sq ft, with many windows, making it bright and airy. Each bedroom has a private full bath, and each is equipped with a hair dryer and extra mirrors. You will have the convenience of wake-up calls and voice messages. Whatever extras you need, we have thought about them in advance.
GRAND STRAND AREA ACTIVITIES: North Myrtle Beach is a wonderful family and golfing area filled with beautiful homes and a quieter pace away from the hustle and bustle. Within a short distance to the Grand Strand are hundreds of restaurants, theme parks, and entertainment venues. They include Planet Hollywood, NASCAR, Broadway at the Beach, Hard Rock Café, Night clubs, Tanger Outlet Mall and Barefoot Land for shopping, amusement parks, and Broadway-caliber shows to thrill you at night. And so much more!

We love to take long walks on the beach and sit around the pool reading a good book. The location of our unit is ideal for all types of family fun. For us it is a perfect get-away where we can relax and unwind.

Why this unit: Spacious, airy, great neighbors, and location, location, location!
This unit is at the northern most tip of North Myrtle Beach with a beach that feels like it is private. We love to see the little children play in the wading pools.
I just wanted to let you know that everything went "very" well during our stay at your condo. It was perfect! Your beach home was just right for the needs of our family. My 80-yr-old mother-in-law enjoyed her stay in the room off of the living area w/access to the balcony. The kids right of way stated their claim on the middle bedroom with the 2-way access bathroom (just perfect since we were able to keep an eye on them wherever they played). ...and of course Mark & I were spoiled by our "retreat-like" location on the "far" end of the home (equipped with a lock on the door! -came in real handy!).
Needless to say that we enjoyed not only you're beautiful condo but also the "slow-paced" atmosphere of the neighborhood. You'll be hearing from us about another visit next year. In the meantime I'll share this info w/ friends who may be interested. I may also look into booking it as a "gift" for a close relative sometime w/in this yr.
The listing accurately describes this condo. The condo and the building are very well maintained. For us seniors, having the elevator was great. The condo is comfortably furnished. It has all of the items you would need for a stay in North Myrtle Beach or Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed the fact that it was in a very quiet neighborhood (keep in mind we were there in early April). The keyless entry (key pad with code) was just perfect because one daughter was there for only the first three days and our other daughter came after our first daughter left. (that’s the schedules you deal with when both are RNs). They were able to come and go as they pleased with their kids and my husband and I did the same. No problem with “who has the key.” I hope all rentals go with this idea. Duffy's, Old South BBQ and The Shack were really good places to eat. Each with their own charm. Also found Dino's Pancake House to be very good.
The owner was great to work with. She was very accommodating, provided excellent instructions and was only a text or phone call away. The only issue we had was when the dryer wouldn’t heat, but the owner had the repairman there the same day. I probably couldn’t do that at home.
Our week's vacation was wonderful at Stephanie's Condo. The weather was in the high 70's and 80 everyday with bright sunshine. Everything we needed was in the condo and was quiet and so relaxing. Nice little porch to sit & read & watch the ocean. The lagoon in the back was an amazing view at low tide. So many egrets and herons. This condo was perfect for our families' needs. It was a good size for the 8 of us, clean and well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. Excellent proximity to the beach and the outside storage bin was a pleasant surprise for sandy things. The elevator was nice being on the third floor, and we liked being further down in Cherry Grove. With the keypad on the door, we didn't have to worry about where keys were and who had them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Huge bedrooms! Living area comfy for 6. Updated living areas. Master bath and shower only bath due for updates. Cleaning crew missed some areas but owner notified and was responsive.
Located at the north end of N Ocean Blvd, this condo was steps away from the beach, and was a quiet haven for rest and relaxation. For the period I was in residence, there were only a few condos occupied which added to peaceful setting. The apartment was clean, well furnished, with three spacious bedrooms, climate control, laundry and kitchen. There was an IGA a short drive away where I did most of my grocery shopping and North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach have a plethora of great restaurants and eateries. Then of course, there was golf!
Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay in NMB and at this apartment and we'd go back again in a heartbeat!
This beautiful condo was exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the porch for cocktails and the lagoon in the back was quite interesting. The ocean was so inviting with 80 degree temps & sun everyday. Love the Golden Griddle for Breakfast. Great shopping at Hope Taylor's on Main Street. Blanche is a wonderful landlady. Thank you Blanche for a comfy condo.
CHERRY GROVE: North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, offers ten miles of sun-kissed beaches, incredibly clean and wide. And our unit is just across the street from the beach, 2 minutes and you are in the sand. Who's ready to take a stroll on the beach or fly a kite with the children? For your convenience of beach items there is a secured storage bin on the parking deck level. Once you visit Cherry Grove beach you'll want to come back time and time again.

Golf: For the golfers there are more than 100 world-class golf courses in the area – bring your clubs.
