It's all about location in Hanalei and ours is one of the best! Situated in a very quiet, family oriented neighborhood, we are just 2 minutes walk to the lifeguarded Hanalei Pavilion Beach Park and a 7 minute walk to the heart of shops and restaurants. Our home is self contained with no additional rentals downstairs. It is nicely appointed island style with vaulted ceilings and fans throughout. The master bedroom, with its CA king size bed, has beautiful views of the mountains and waterfalls. There is a chaise chair in which to lay and read, view the mountains or enjoy a peaceful nap to re-energize yourself before exploring the island. The second bedroom with 2 twin beds has beautiful views of the mountains too. There is 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped for creating great meals. There is a flat screen TV with over 40 DVD's. And yes, we provide free WiFi. We also include most beach gear like beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers and umbrellas and even 2 bicycles. The expansive backyard has been professionally landscaped and has a variety of seasonal fruit trees including Papaya, coconut, banana, orange, lime, and even starfruit all for your edible enjoyment. Bocce ball or horseshoes can be played on the large lawn. More than 30 types of Orchids are grown in the garden. A private outdoor shower with hot and cold water awaits you to enjoy after the beach or a hike. Many returnee who love our home and ideal location.

Notes:
We provide our guests with a plethora of extra's like beach towels, chairs, coolers, basic snorkel gear, boogie boards, and umbrella's. We have a couple of beach cruisers as well. Inside we provide WIFI, a small collection of non fiction and fiction books, board games and a substantial number of DVD's. If you have infants, we have most things needed for care.

We LOVED our stay here!

The house is modest but impeccably clean and well stocked. One block for the beach and 5 minute walk into town.

The view from the master bedroom was amazing, the smaller room was lovely as well and looks over the properties lush garden.

We took advantage of the beach gear in the garage, Kristen provides all you need and more for an fun day at the beach:: umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, chairs, wagon, sand toys and bikes. We loved being able to ride the beach cruisers into town.

You can here the the ocean from on quiet nights.

We would stay here again and again and again!

Update:: There is a new comfy sofa in the living room.

Clean, simple + great location in Hanalei

We have traveled for 18 years to Hanalei and have stayed in many high end rentals on Hanalei Bay. This little place is simply furnished, very clean and close to the beach and to Hanalei town. Nothing fancy yet very comfortable. We loved it for our family of 3. We will definitely return!

Brilliant Beach House

Great location in Hanalei Bay. Walk to beach around the corner, then at night stroll up to the main street to all the local restaurants. The house is very well equipped for 4 people. Bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas all supplied. Very clean and everything you need for a great beach holiday in Hanalei Bay.

Best place in Hanalei!

We have stayed at many rental properties in Hanalei and this by far is our favorite. The house is perfectly appointed with everything we need. It's light, airy and has a great tropical feel with the amazing garden and mountain views out every window. It is also very clean and the most bug free and quiet place we have ever stayed in Hanalei.

Tori the property manager was great to work with and went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay went well. Definitely the best rental management I have worked with on the island in our 20 years of visiting.

We are already planning our stay again for next year!

Perfect Holiday

This lovely home provided every necessity required for our vacation, plus nice extras like robes and bicycles and beach gear.

The location was great, very near to the beach and the town center. And we loved opening our eyes every morning to the beautiful mountain view!

One minor issue was the condition of the window coverings, but I expect they will be replaced soon.

We would absolutely return to this home.

Our family resides in Carmel Valley, California. Beginning in the late 1970's, our family travelled to many of the Hawaiian Islands until finally visiting Kauai in 1983. My parents fell in love with Hanalei and finally were able to purchase their own piece of paradise in 1989. Our family has enjoyed Hanalei all these years.
