The 2801 is an enclave of 16 private homes and townhomes centrally located minutes from downtown Palm Springs in the Murray Canyon Foothills, in the desirable South Palm Springs neighborhood. It's perfect for the hiker or golfer who wants to be right across the street from Indian Canyon Golf Course or walk to a number of trail heads for a great hike right behind the property. For those who want to venture into the city, the Palm Springs Airport, shopping, and casinos are all minutes away.
This two story contemporary townhouse features a loft like main level with polished concrete floors. The open room concept on the main level features the living room (w/50' Plasma TV), dining room, kitchen, pantry/laundry room, and a half bath.
Second level features bamboo flooring up the stairs, in the den, and in the hallways. Two master suites. First master suite has a king size bed, carpeting, two closets and attached bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. This bedroom has a 42' plasma TV and a private balcony. Second master suite has a queen size bed, full bath with single sink and shower/tub (spa) combo, carpeting, walk in closet, private balcony, and a 42" LCD TV.
The den has a convertible sofa, desk, desk chair, closet, and wireless router. Designer appointments throughout. Attached two car garage.

This is a non-smoking rental, both inside or outside the house.
Pets considered with prior approval and security deposit for monthly rentals.
We had an incredible time enjoying all of this home's amenities! The space was clean, well-maintained, and the owner was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions before, during, and after our stay. Close to the ACE Hotel Swim Club, and all of our favorite restaurants in Palm Springs! Can't wait to come back soon!

To hold a reservation: 40% of the entire rental; Accept Checks
Final payment due 60 days prior to occupancy and 120 days prior for holidays
