This beautiful custom built home is located one block from the beach at 3605 Cameron Boulevard and is 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and many championship golf courses.

This six bedroom house is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings, a large den with a entertainment system, flat screen televisions in great room and bedrooms, fantastic gourmet kitchen and 2 master suites (one with a jacuzzi tub).

Come straight from the beach and shower in the privacy of an outdoor shower. Take the elevator to the greatroom and walk out on the porch and sit in one of the rocking chairs and feel the ocean breeze. For a spectacular look at the great Atlantic Ocean take a walk up the spiral staircase for breath taking views.

This home has a Non-Smoking and has a No Pet policy.

Great house close to the beach.

This was a great house for my family to bring in the new year. I would recommend this to house to friends. The only issue we had was there seemed to not be enough towels for everyone as everyone only had one towel. Other than that my family and I loved the house!

Beautiful property with all the extras.

Three families and one Grandma shared the home over the Christmas weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out and a large dining room table where we had two different board games happening at the same time. The beach is a short walk away which the kids loved. Everyone had a great time. The elavator was a life saver and the kitchen immense and well equipped with TWO ovens.....perfect for all the cooking and baking for Christmas dinner. The owner met us and gave us a tour and was quite friendly and helpful. We may be booking this same location again in the future but this time we will realize that it really sleeps 12 rather than 14 since the sofa bed in the living room was never used. There's plenty of room for sleeping bags or air mattresses in the other rooms or even up on the roof deck if you want to sleep out under the stars. Al in all we had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this location.

Annual cousins weekend!

This is our 3rd annual stay; we're already talking about next year! The location is ideal: beaches, shopping and dining are within minutes. The drive under garage and elevator are life-savers for unloading/transporting luggage, food and guests! The double porches and sun deck provide perfect outdoor gathering places (we love watching for sea-going vessels!). The kitchen is well-equipped and flows into living and dining areas, ideal for visiting! Having 2 bedrooms on the main floor is convenient for those with limited abilities. Bedrooms on the lower level are private and well-appointed, ample facilities and closet storage. This property really suits our needs; our guests span 5 decades, 40's - 90's; everyone was comfortable and felt quite at home. Thanks again, Brian, you made the entire process easy and pleasurable!

Beach birthday bash

From start to finish the homeowner was very responsive to questions and concerns. We were met by the owner upon arrival and were shown through the house with instructions clearly given for operation of the elevator, trash removal, etc. The house itself was lovely. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, the porches, the top deck, grill and the proximity to the beach. The elevator was great for getting luggage, groceries and all needed items from the garage. The beach cart was very helpful to carry chairs and beach gear to the shore.

The sofa bed and the lack of paper products and extra towels and clean sponges in the kitchen were the only disappointments. The sofa bed is in the living area of the great room. It was nonfunctional for us as we planned for 2 children to use it. Since the children needed to go to bed sooner than adults (who were sitting on the sofa) we invested in 2 air mattresses and bedding as a solution so the kids could sleep in a bedroom.

It would have been nice to have 2 unused sponges in the kitchen and at least 2 kitchen towels. We had to purchase all paper products.

We celebrated a milestone birthday during our stay. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we made memories to last a long time.

Mr. Brian Johnson was a dream to work with on renting his property. The house is just beautiful and on a quiet street just a block and a half from the beach (10 min walk tops). One of the cleanest houses I have ever rented. The house accommodated 12 of us comfortably with plenty of room. Never felt as if we were on top of one another. The pool table was an added bonus. The kitchen was our gathering place as it was open to the dinning table and living area. The porches were spacious and the crow's nest made star gazing enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about this house or the owner!

Excellent Property owners and managers

Upon arrival owner/manager met with occupants and rendered a full tour of the residence explaining in details every aspect of the property. All calls and e-mails for assistance were promptly answered without delay. Entire five days were a great and exciting experience, thanks to the owners.
