Charming cabin, amazing views, peaceful and quiet

  • 5 of 5

Charming cabin with amazing views! We (2 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs) stayed here while visiting family in Hamilton. There are many different activities within 30 minutes of the cabin. We enjoyed some great fishing, the farmer's market in Hamilton, swimming in the Bitterroot River, great hikes, great food, and beautiful scenery. The cabin is small, but very charming and cozy, and fit all of us! There is a great area outside for the dogs. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed, and then some! We loved all the books and games, and enjoyed great stargazing on the little deck. The views from this cabin are amazing!! The location is terrific, it was so quiet and peaceful! The only sounds at night were the crickets, it was so relaxing. Everything was just as the owner's described it. We will definately return!!

Family went to a wedding in Darby, Montana. This cabin was perfect for us. It was close enough to the mountains for hiking, fly-fishing on the river, and feasting at restaurants. This vacation spot was not commercial at all.The environment was what I imagined a visit to Montana would be like. Outside my door were elk, deer, and foxes, even a tipi!

Great Experience

  • 5 of 5

This was a charming cottage and woderful for our 3 day get away. The cabin was rustic but still cozy and comfortable. Very good environment for a dog and there is an area for the dog to play fetch or frisbee. This would be fun with family to rent both of the cabins side by side. There is lots of fishing with in 10 mins and most is with in 2-5 mins. Great overall experience. The owners are wonderful and very nice.
