This lovely two bedroom two bath villa sits right on the best part of Seven Mile Beach, next to the Ritz Carlton. ***IMPORTANT***Just totally remodeled November 2016, including all Eco friendly cooler LED light bulbs. We have totally redone the kitchen by knocking out a wall and putting in beautiful quartz countertops with an blue flecks, and installed all top of the line stainless appliances, like a Samsung stove with a convection oven for your cooking enjoyment. Both bathrooms have been redone with sculptured white tiles accented with ocean blue iridescent glass tiles which have also been used on an accent wall in the kitchen . We feature a top of the line pillowtop king size bed for the best night's sleep that you will ever have. One person familiar with all the units in Villas of the Galleon, said that "yours is the nicest unit in the complex". This air conditioned, non-smoking unit also boasts a private balcony with an unobstructed view of the Caribbean from our new bar height table and chairs (no need to peek thru the railing) and a state of the art kitchen, with new quartz counter tops allowing you to prepare that special romantic meal, while totally relaxing and enjoying your incredible view. We have both a Keurig and regular coffee maker for your morning enjoyment. Other amenities include new 46Inch flat screen in Living Room and 40 inch in flat screen mounted in the master bedroom. Washer and dryer, cable television in living room/bedrooms, stereo, Blu Ray player, I-pod dock and telephones with answering machines. Charging outlets next to the beds, for charging either your computer or I-phones

for your convenience.

Perfect Seven Mile Beach Location

My wife and I just finished a wonderful week in this condo. We walked up and down Seven Mile Beach and do not believe there is a better location on the island. No crowds as compared to the resorts and public beaches. Short walk to many restaurants and shops. Great lunch restaurants right on the beach! The condo is nicely appointed with plenty of room for four. We spent every morning upon waking and every evening before heading to bed, on the balcony enjoying the ocean sounds and view. First thing every morning from the balcony, we checked on the two iguanas living in the tall bush below us. We cannot wait to return next year.

Best Vacation destination (Stayed 5/7 - 5/14)

So I typically set my expectations low when traveling but Ralph and Ginny’s condo exceeded our expectations. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished, very clean and there was of course a beautiful view from their balcony as well. This was our first time renting a condo versus going to a hotel. As Ralph and others have mentioned the food can be expensive in Grand Cayman especially considering the currency change. We were very thankful for having the ability to prepare some of our meals at the condo after paying for our first meal/lunch for two at the Western (about $90.00). We also much preferred the space/privacy we had on the beach comparing to the Western or the Ritz. I can’t say enough about our stay, great condo, nice pleasant people everywhere you go and great food. We didn’t rent a car so I paid for food delivery to the condo. This service was good but you can also walk two blocks to Fosters and buy your own. At least this way you can see all that is available. You can also take one of their carts back to the condo I believe they pick them up. Here are some of the great restaurants we went to: The Grand Old House, Eat’s Café, Eduardo’s (Italian), Copper Falls (Steak), Sunshire Grill (Best Hamburger), Duke’s Sea food and Rib shack (Great Ribs and Chicken), and CASA43 (Best Mexican food). All within walking distance except for the

Grand Old House.

My wife and I also enjoyed the calm, warm surf floating the day's away. I would highly recommend this Condo. Ralph was very helpful, Thanks Ralph..

Serenity! 5/1-7/16

Five stars is not enough for this condo at Villa's of Galleon. First let me say, Ralph Epen is the most generous and helpful owner you will come by. Not only did he give us a fantastic weekly rate, he emailed a ton of information on the "where to's and what to's"...LOL The condo itself is very nice with an amazing balcony facing the beautiful Caribbean. Grocery and Liquor deliveries were made without any problems. Lisa, the Manager, is very accommodating. The daily housekeeping was a plus and the housekeeper was soooo sweet! There is onsite security 24/7. The VOG is between the Ritz Carlton and Westin, which was GREAT! We actually had burgers and beers twice for dinner at the Westin on the beach with lit torches...absolutely beautiful. Facing the water to your left (about a 20 minute beach walk) is the Royal Palms and I highly recommend this place. Music, two bars, beach chairs and loungers with canopy. To the right of the water is Calico Jack's (another 20 minute beach walk). Beach Bar Shack and is very beach savvy. Walking Seven Mile Beach either way is a glorious time. We walked and walked the surf. The only drawback was there isn't a pool. I know some would say, why do you need a pool when you have the Caribbean!? It is just something we like in the evening after the sun goes down. Relax in the pool with a glass of wine. But as I said, five stars isn't enough. This condo and the VOG is awesome!! Thank you so much Mr. Epen and Lisa for making our week one to remember for a long time.

The BEST way to experience Grand Cayman!

We cannot thank Ralph enough for letting us enjoy his little slice of paradise. Conveniently located between the two most lavish hotels in Grand Cayman, the Ritz Carlton & Westin, our condo was absolutely perfect. Upon stepping on the beach in front of our condo, I noticed something that made me smirk. To our left, in front of the Ritz, the beach was packed. To our right, in front of the Westin, the beach was packed. But our beach never had more than a couple people on it at once. To make things even better, our beach had a security guard that watched over everyone’s stuff and made sure only Villa of the Galleon guests used our beach, and no one else. (not that we needed security, as Grand Cayman itself is probably the safest island in the Caribbean, and the area we were located was even safer than that) But back to the condo itself. It had everything we ever needed during our 8 night stay. Washer, dryer, blender, microwave, oven, Keurig coffee machine, even the fridge was stocked with some essential items. We always kept our blinds open to let the natural sunlight in. Our condo was always bright and sunny. And upon arrival, the condo was absolutely spotless. Felt like I was at home for the entire time. Ralph was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed in the weeks leading up to the trip. (although we never got to meet him as he doesn't live on the island, maybe next time!) I'd highly recommend renting a car, we used Andy's, which is the best on the island in my opinion. (I’ve used them a couple times, they are great) I got the Mustang Convertible, which made exploring the island even more exhilarating. We drove all the way down to the East End and had lunch at Tukka (which is my favorite lunch spot). Spending a day at Rum Point is a must as well, very beautiful beach there and great jerk chicken! Make sure you stop at the blowholes on the way to the East End, and say Hi to my friend who hangs out on the hammock across the street. (if you want a laugh, ask him to do his President Obama impression) If you want some entertainment at night, Lone Star by Seven Mile Beach is a great bar, and make sure you visit Camana Bay a couple times at night. So much to do and see there. (and great gelato!) As for my favorite dinner spots, check out Lobster Pot, The Wharf, Grand Old House, Cracked Conch, Ortanique, and Kaibo for the best waterfront dining in Grand Cayman. All in all, this condo is the PERFECT way to spend time in Grand Cayman.

Clean and close to the beach!

Our family of 4 stayed during spring break 2016. The condo is centrally located and only yards from the beach. The condo was very clean. Very nice people were staying there, as well. We enjoyed staying on the beach most of the day. Easy access to the condo made it nice and relaxing!

Fabulous condo on Seven Mile Beach

We spent a week in February 2016 in Ralph's condo in Grand Cayman with two adults and our children age 5-12 and had a fabulous experience. The condo is located on beautiful 7 Mile Beach, between the Ritz Carlton and Westin resorts, which assures two things: a beach as perfect and picturesque as the pictures imply, but without all the crowds from the resorts. In fact, "our beach" was often nearly empty, which was perfect for our kids. We snorkeled right off our beach and saw stingray, lobster, coral, and many, many tropical fish. We rented a paddle board, which was delivered to our condo.

The location of the condominium complex is perfect, with easy access to numerous excellent restaurants, convenient US-style supermarkets and any other convenience you could need. Georgetown is a 5-10 min drive. We rented a car, which allowed us to easily visit many places on the island such as the Cayman Turtle farm, botanical garden, Rum Point, and Georgetown. However, if you plan to stay mostly at the beach, you could easily access all nearby stores and restaurants on foot or by public bus.

The owner of the property, Ralph, was extremely helpful prior to our visit and provided us with many helpful tips. Arrival and departure were very smooth and well organized. The daily maid service was extremely helpful, yet non-intrusive.

My family absolutely loved our (first!) stay in Grand Cayman and plan to return next year; preferably to the same location.
