Views of the entire city directly from the apartment and from the roof top terrace. It is a two-family house divided into two floors, with only one neighbor on each floor. You have to share the building with only one neighbor.

The famous Parque Güell and the viewpoint 360° (el mirador 360°) of Barcelona which has been recently restored and prepared to be discovered by the citizens and tourists.
The neighbourhood is very calm and you are only a 5 minutes’ walk away from the Parque Güell and 15 minutes from the Gràcia district.
There are several typical Tapas bars and restaurants serving homemade food close to the apartment. Highly recommended the tapas restaurant called "Delicias" Like delicious in spanish...
There is also sports centre with a swimming-pool and paddle tennis courts close to the apartment (entrance fee: EUR 9,15 the whole day)
Supermarket and small neighbourhood-shops are only a 3 minutes walk away.
You can choose between 2 day bus lines and 2 night bus lines which you can use to discover the whole city of Barcelona and there is also a good connection to the subway.

The apartment where we lived previously has been prepared to have a romantic, special and relaxing stay for those who are not looking for an atmosphere of continuous parties and want a place from which to explore the city.

Normas de la casa
No se permite fumar dentro del apartamento, se puede usar el pequeño balcón o la terraza.
No se permiten hacer fiestas en el apartamento. Se puede leer, comer, cenar, beber en la terraza siempre que no se moleste a los vecinos de los edificios colindantes y que se limpie después de su uso.
Cualquier desperfecto o extra de limpieza será descontado o abonado antes de dejar la vivienda
No se permiten mascotas ni animales en el apartamento
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the little balcony in the apartment or the terrace.
Having parties in the apartment is not allowed. You can always use the terrace, for example to read, eat, drink as long as the neighbours of the annexing buildings are not disturbed and it is cleaned after use.
Any caused damage or extra for cleaning will be deducted from the deposit or paid before leaving the apartment.
No animals allowed in the apartment.
Rational use of electrical appliances, lights and water, please take care of the environment in advance.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt. Auf dem kleinen Balkon in der Wohnung oder der Terrasse kann geraucht werden.
Es ist nicht erlaubt Parties in der Wohnung zu veranstalten. Die Terrasse kann genutzt werden z.B. um zu lesen, essen, trinken solange die Nachbarn der angrenzenden Gebäude nicht gestört werden und die Terrasse wieder sauber hinterlassen wird.
Kosten für zusätzliche Reinigungsarbeiten oder Schäden werden von der Kaution abgezogen oder sind bei Auszug zu begleichen.
Haustiere in der Wohnung sind nicht erlaubt.
