Casa Jabulani (Swahili for "house of happiness") is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom townhouse offering first class accommodation. It offers a spacious, luxurious holiday home set in a peaceful location. The swimming pool is only a few steps from the shady garden terrace and the stunning rooftop solarium with its BBQ is the ideal place to enjoy some tapas and sun downers after a busy day golfing or sunbathing. Sol Europa is an exclusive urbanisation within 10 mins drive of San Pedro, Puerto Banus and the beach. Set in the heart of the Golf valley of Marbella, it is an ideal location for a holiday whether it be golfing or a traditional family holiday.

Why The Owner chose Marbella area

Casa Jabulani s a luxury house with stunning views, set in tropical gardens and a frontless ne golf position . It is situated in a peaceful location , close to shops , restaurants , and various beaches .

The property has air conditioning throughout, and also heating for the winter months . The bedrooms all have ceiling fans . The house is entered via a security gates, and there is covered parking with an easy walk to our front door. I


The sitting room is luxurious and spacious with marble floors, comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs . There is a TV with uk channels , a DVD player, hi fi, and wi fi , Double French doors lead out to the terrace , overlooked ng the pool and gardens . The pool is only a few metres away .

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, saucepans etc etc candy has a fridge, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher , ceramic hob and eye level oven. It also has a table and chairs and a wine rack for your little cal favourites !

The house has a ground floor we and basin and a first floor family bathroom.

The 3 bedrooms are all good sized doubles with super fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans . They comprise of a master bedroom with en suite , and views over to the pool and gardens. The en suite has a double vanity unit and stand alone shower. The second room is a spacious double with a balcony overlooking the gardens. The third bedroom is a twin room .

Stairs go upto the roof-top terrace which is the piece de resistance !! It has a sink and a washing machine, so you can do the laundry and it will immediately dry in the sunshine !The shaded pergola and sunny area are a beautiful place to sit and admire the view across the golf course to La Concha mountain .


There are many beaches within a 10 minute drive . We often go to Victors beach and restaurant where you can eat a delicious lunch and laze on the beach afterwards! There are many beaches within a 10 minute drive along the coast.

What makes this villa unique

Puerto Banus, Marbella and San Pedro are all within easy reach , with so many fabulous shops , restaurants and bars and a vibrant nightlife. La Campanella is a 3 minute drive from the house. It has a selection of restaurants, shops , bars and a good butcher and bakery.

Casa Jabulani is situated in the heart of the golf valley and it is a very short drive to golf courses at Aloah, La Quinta, Las Brisas , Los Arqueros, whilst the house backs onto Los Naranjos golf course.

For skiing in winter the Sierra Nevada mountains are about two and a half hours away.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable, ideal location.

Had a fabulous time, the property is spacious and has all the facilities for a family group.

It's located alongside a golf course, has lovely views, yet within easy reach of beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area, and would love to go back again in the future. The owner provided accurate information about the place, and was very helpful.

Excellent villa for Family's.

We have used this villa 3 times now in the past 18 months. We have 3 children and find it meets our requirements, The villa is very spacious and child friendly, the villa is In a gated community so also very safe. The pool is just a stone throw from the French doors off the lounge therefor the kids can play in the pool with the other kids in the community while we relax on the patio.

There is lots of restaurants and bars in the area if you want to head down to Puerto Banus a taxi won't cost more than €10.

Car: recommended

The house is 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport, along the E340 to just past Puerto Banus.

There are many beaches within a 10 minute drive . We often go to Victors beach and bar , which is off the golden mile driving into Marbella, where you can eat delicious lunch and then laze on the beach!

Puerto Banus , with its 2 beaches , numerous bars and restaurants, and excellent shopping is only a 10 minute drive . There are more beaches along the coast.

La Campana village is a 3 minute drive from the house . It has a selection of bars and restaurants , tapas, all your day to day needs, including a supermarket , a good butcher and bakery.

Set in the heart of the golf valley of Marbella , Casa Jabulani is a short drive to many golf courses including La Quinta , Los Naranjos , Las Brisas , and Aloha, not to mention countless others.

For winter skiing the Sierra Nevada mountains are a two and a half hour drive away.
