On two levels internally it is as follows:
Upstairs: living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The living room leads directly to the cozy garden where there are chairs and a table for lunch or dinner outside;
Downstairs: one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Private parking at the complex.
The apartment is equipped with all mod cons including: TV in all rooms, DVD player, WI-FI, iron, hair dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
The picturesque Menaggio center with shops, restaurants and main stops the ferry is just 5 minutes away ... Menaggio is part of the Golden Triangle, together with the countries of Bellagio and Cadenabbia.
For golf lovers, the famous and centennial Golf Club Menaggio & Cadenabbia is just a 10 minute drive.
The residence CASA LAURA is ideally slightly hilly. L 'car is needed.
The pool is usually open from early June until mid / late September depending on weather conditions.

RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES:

• final cleaning (unless otherwise stated); the price is indicated in every advertisement;
• Heating. USE OF HEAT (since – until during a year) is governed by regulations. Normally the use of heating is allowed from 15/10 to 15/04; Heat Cost € 60 per week
• Tourist tax if applied by the town hall in which the holiday home is situated which must be paid by cash at check-in;
• Flights, transport to and from the holiday home;
• Other things previously specified at the moment of booking;
At the moment of check in clients will be asked for a credit card number in case of damage to the property and for non adherence of the house rules on the part of the clients during their stay.
EHL reserves the right to detect damage or incorrect behaviour within 48 hours of check out. All damage will be correctly documented.
