Beautiful top floor apartment.

Easy access from Bermondsey tube with a straight 5 minute walk. Very comfortable roomy apartment with great amenities (WiFi, coffee, cereal). Owners easy to contact and ensure all is of a high standard. Totally recommend. We were exploring London with friends from the US and it was perfect.

Ten Star Customer Service, Value & Property

We booked 11 months in advance & this was our first airbnb reservation. I had many questions and had to alter the date at one point. I wish I could give 10 stars for communication as Christianna went above and beyond to help and answered all queries rapidly. The apartment is spotless and true to the photographs. Fabulous views over the rooftops. Very spacious & comfortable. Children were very sad to leave as were we all. Nice touch having a welcome tray with cereal & crisps, cookies Haribos. Fantastic location tube 3 min walk & a handy 24/7 shop in a very quiet neighbourhood. Can't wait to return. Thank you so so much for everything.

Beautiful flat close to the heart of London.

The flat was clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated with all the amenities of home. Walking distance to the tube and tourist attractions. The manager was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us.The only downside I would mention is that the beds were a little soft, and the pull out couch beds need replacing as they were not all that comfortable. Otherwise a fantastic place and I would highly recommend it to others. Good value for your money.

Good base for London

Liked this apartment as it was modern and clean and has good transport links to the centre. There are a choice of buses and Bermondsey is on the Jubilee Line. It is also within walking distance of Shad Thames and Tower Bridge. There is a Tesco Metro and a 24 hour convenience store quite near by. We were here in the second week of September and the weather was pretty warm. As it is up to the sun most of the day the apartment was very warm so windows and patio doors were usually open at night. There were fans provided but as these were not left on during the night there was a fair bit of noise from the trains going into London Bridge. Wish I had tried to get a second set of keys as it would have been handier as our party sometimes came home at different times.

Great quiet location, full amenities

Our stay was easy, well organized and great communication by the owner. She even provided milk and cereal for our initial morning, nice touch for my daughter. The location is 1/2 block from cooperative food store, 10 min walk to the tower bridge, and a 5 min walk to Bermondsey station that will get you anywhere in London.

The unit is very spacious and well maintained. It's in a nice quiet area, but there is a train that runs 1/2 block beside the complex, but you won't notice it much; we didn't, even with the balcony doors open. The view is of the east of London towards Canary Wharf and you'll get a wonderful sunrise.

Book here, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely flat, close to tube station

There were 5 of us that stayed for 2 nights. It has a great location, just a few minutes to walk to the tube. Their are supermarkets really close as well. The flat is clean and comfortable with plenty of space. It was also nice having a washer/dryer available. The only downside is that that there is no air conditioning (which we knew of beforehand) and it was a bit hot. However, they did provide fans which helped. I think the temp would be fine the rest of the year as we were their during their brief summer.

Never had any problems with getting in contact with the owners, they are very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here is you are in London. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Prior to arrival, we reserve the right to request a copy of the front of the card used to secure this booking. The card must match the name of the individual who made the booking.

Upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the details provided on the booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.

Only the number of guest specified in the booking should use and check-in to the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, the booking WILL BE CANCELLED without any refunds.

A cleaning fee of GBP 50 is chargeable for each booking. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
