The villa is stunning and peaceful and it’s only a 15/20 min ride to the centre.
Highly recommended and will definitely look to return.

Excellent stay, Jude was outstanding. Property was beautiful. Couldn’t have been better.
Five star! Easily accessible for taxis and transport. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Property was safe and secure. Jude and her team made us feel like at home. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Morocco.

Good could be better
The property on first impressions is fantastic, but there are a few issues with the upkeep.
Air con in one room not working, plugs, sockets are dodgy. These and other minor gripes could easily be remedied with a little upkeep of the villa.
Staff in site are excellent.
So relaxing, food was amazing. Loved everything
Beautiful and spacious
Very spacious Villa, there were 16 of us family and friends. Villa is on a lovely quiet complex. On hand is the caretaker and a maid, both wonderful, helpful people nothing was too big for them. Pool was enjoyable for all especially the children. Kitchen is huge with all utensils and pots and pans. All rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. The pool area and pool were cleaned everyday as well.
The only thing we would say is a car is a must as everything is pretty far up-to 30 to 40 minutes walk. Taxi to and from the villa to the supermarket cost 300 dirhams each time.
Want to thank Aziz and Siyam for all their help and hard work and making our stay perfect.
The Villa boasts stunning views of the Atlas Mountains.
The villa is situated just 7klm away by car to the Medina. The area of the Medina, just north of the Jemaa El Fna, is commercial – at least in its more central areas – with a fibrous network of souks. Beginning on the north edge, the souks comprise alleyway upon alleyway of tiny retail cubicles. The further in you venture the more interesting they become.
The two main routes into their heart are rue Semarine (aka Souk Semarine) and rue Mouassine; the former offers the more full-on blast of bazaar, the latter is a more sedate path leading to choice boutiques. Every section has its own speciality: carpets and textiles; woollen hats and cooked snails; spices and magic supplies; cotton, clothing, kaftans and blankets – and most importantly raffia bags and baskets, which you’ll need to carry all your purchases in.
You will also find all local entertainment at the Souks and embrace for some eye opening performances.
You also have Giliz where you'll find a few high street shops and café's... from McDonalds, Starbucks, Zara, Adidas etc
