Amazing apartment. Brilliant customer service

This property is located in a gorgeous location near Brunswick Center. Easy access to everything and very close to British Museum. The apartment is impeccable with no detail left undone. We stayed here in June 2016 on a London girls trip. Everyone was amazed at this gorgeous flat even our London friends who stopped by to check it out. Caio was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. I will never stay in a London hotel again. If you have 3 or more people in your party it is more economical and infinitely more enjoyable staying here versus a hotel.

Family weekend in London

The property was perfect for our family weekend break in London. A fantastic central location from where we could walk to many places and attractions or alternatively the tube station is just a short walk around the corner. The property is very nicely furnished and is child friendly. We felt very much at home during our stay and had everything that we needed, bedding and towels were high quality and all the little extras such as toiletries and welcome basket made all the difference. Merino Hospitality were very welcoming and helpful and I would not hesitate in booking with them again. Many thanks for helping to make the birthday weekend a special one.

Astounding service

My adult children and I stayed here recently for a birthday weekend. I can't recall when I last came across such wonderful service and such an attention to detail plus a really high spec property. The welcome basket was truly welcoming and included wine, chocs, bread, ground coffee, tea, milk, butter, eggs, cereal, jam, biscuits and a huge fruit basket. Ciao and the team couldn't have done more to make sure we were comfortable. The location behind the tube station and 2 minutes walk from a shopping centre was unbeatable. Access to Neftlix was a bonus when we arrived back tired after a day of activities. Now I've discovered this place I'll never stay in a hotel in London again.
