We really enjoyed staying in this property. It came with everything we needed for a winter Christmas stay and was ideally sized for our family of 4. Fantastic sea views and a great location for walks. Highly recommend.

Charm with a view

Comfy 1920s house perched half way up Cove hill - so be prepared for a steep walk from the Cove (pub, shop, fish and chips, cafe, bus stop), and steps, but then - lovely views over the bay and towards the village. Everything you need is already in the house ready to enjoy. Beds made up helped make for a good welcome. Not much outside space and watch out for the steep drop! The parking space (lay-by at the roadside) is very handy but make sure your handbrake is in good nick first!

A short walk down the hill and the coastal footpaths start - great choice in both directions. Looking forward to going back.

Great stay fantastic views great location.

Property has everything you could want and was very spacious. The real selling point is the amazing views across sennen cove. Our last morning had us eating breakfast whilst watching dolphins!

Ideal holiday house within walking distance of the beach at Sennen. 1st - 8th July 2016

If you are looking for a holiday house then this ticks all the boxes. There were four adults staying and could quite easily have accommodated another two adults. The only questions we asked about the house were, how many cars could we get parked and how big was the fridge. The cars we had ( as a guide to the size of the lay by ) were a Peugeot 2008 and a Citroen DS 3. These were parked in the lay by at the bottom of the steps/path leading to the house. There was still more room to play with if need be. The fridge in the kitchen is of the free standing type, standard width and about four feet high. There is also a freezer again standard width and about two feet tall on a table in the entrance 'conservatory'. The views from the front of the house all looked out to sea.

We walked down to the beach which is about 4-5 minutes. The best place we found to set up on the beach is just passed the lifeguard hut near to the sand dunes. Here you won't have to move when the sea comes in.

We only ate out twice and found the local fish and chip shop and the pub at the bottom of the hill to be good value.

Overall we would return here again.
