The Villa is positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac; this is a perfect location for a family with small children or someone looking for a tranquil holiday environment.

Downstairs: On entering the villa through the front door you will find a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is equipped to seat 6. Downstairs toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric cooker and hob and water cooler available. A double patio door leads out onto the patio area with outdoor table and chairs and BBQ area. Large walled garden with private 7x3 swimming pool, 6 sunbeds are available for use throughout the year. There is also a side door leading from the kitchen out into the garden.

Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms, to sleep upto 6 adults. Master en-suite bedroom with king size bed leading out onto a shared balcony with the rear double bedroom. Front facing twin bedroom. All bedrooms have adequate wardrobes and storage space available (inc hangers). Family shower room with laundry basket and power shower.

Travel cot for baby/small toddler available free of charge and z bed's for a further 2 small children available to hire locally, these can be sited downstairs, please enquire for costs.

Roof top garden patio area also situated at the top of the second flight of stairs.

All linen and towels provided including beach towels for upto 6 people. Extra beds available for children if more than 6 people staying these are payable locally unless travel cot which is permanently in the villa and paid for before travel.

Great holiday

Villa was superb, had everything we could possibly need. Pool was large and clean although too cold for us in November, however it was in the sun all day so great for just chilling out. Also had areas to stay in the shade.

Easy access to Paphos and surrounding area but a car is necessary. Owner was very helpful and supplied lots of information.

Great value for money! Clean and well situated villa, only a short distance from restaurants, shopping mall and harbour. Owners really helpful and great communication! Definitely coming back!

Excellent Holiday

Just arrived home from a 10 day stay at open views villa , the three bed villa was very well equipped and maintained and very very clean with everything you could want for your stay, bath towels and pool towels also lilos for the pool,games and books dvds for the children. There was a small shop about a 20 min walk also a bakery. We hired a car which i definitely think this is a must if you go to this villa. The supermarket Lydl was a good 2 miles in the car to get to. Pathos beach was lovely about 3 miles away but im sure there are buses that go from konia. The harbour which is in pathos also has lots of very good restaurants to eat and also coral bay. Gavin the owner was very good providing all the information you need while you are there. The weather was very hot which is how we like it. Attractions nearby are Tomb of the Kings, par 3 and crazy golf, scuba diving ,plenty of boat tours from the harbour .We had a wonderful time at this villa and hope to go back soon .

We are tucked away in a very quiet village called Konia, I need to make people aware that the only noise we get is some traffic using the A6 road from Paphos to Limassol.
