The lower level has a pull out sofa sleeper and can be used as a Family Room where you can play games and watch TV or as a 3rd bedroom with a adjacent bathroom. This unit has approx. 1,400 square feet of living space.

For those so-inclined, you are within easy walking distance to the charming Old Market area, the Holland Performing Arts Center, The Orpheuum Theater, and The Century Link Center, and the TD Ameritrade CWS ballpark. The Old Market area is host to an amazing array of sidewalk restaurants, small pubs, and also elegant dining establishments.

Two families - one awesome visit!

This cute house was the perfect setting for a long weekend with my oldest friend and her family. Every amenity that you can imagine was provided and then some. Bonnie had a whole shelf of toys for the children and was generous enough to provide two of most of the toys to limit sibling squabbles - nice touch! The beds were very comfortable. A crib was also provided. Wifi was provided. The location was extremely close to everything we wanted to do in Omaha - zoo, downtown, restaurants, parks. We highly recommend this location. Great property...great location!

We had to make a last minute and unexpected trip to Omaha...and we were very fortunate to find this property. First, it was a pleasure to work with Bonnie. She was very responsive, which was hugely important given the nature of our trip. Bonnie's communication with us throughout our stay was very helpful. The property is great! It's very accommodating, even for several people. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.The kitchen, dining, and living areas were super nice with all the necessities provided. Lastly, the location was perfect for us! We walked to the Old Market. We had easy access to I-80, I-480, and highway 75. The airport is 10 minutes away. This was a great stay!

Perfect place to stay!

The location of this property is perfect for downtown, zoo, and anywhere else in the city. The property is well maintained and very spacious-a great place to stay together and still have your own space. The amenities and little additions the owner provides for convenience (paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) really helped to feel more at home and to not have to run to the store for every small item. The kids toys were a great addition if you have little ones. The only complaint would be the train only heard from the front bedroom window, but what do you know there were ear plugs provided right in the nightstand drawer. Thank you for your hospitality, would definitely recommend and stay here in the future!

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located

There was plenty of room for the family in this clean, comfy, townhouse. The train and traffic was a bit noisy, but didn't take away from it at all.

Very clean and welcoming property. Great for a couple or a group.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a beautiful townhome in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to Old Town. The property manager couldn't have been more accommodating of our group. Would highly recommend booking this property. You won't be disappointed.
