A beautifully presented 2 bedroom balcony apartment in Woolacombe overlooking Combesgate beach with spectacular views of the sea and countryside.

From the glass balcony and front room you can gaze across the sea and watch the ever changing seascape. Just pull up a rocking chair and relax!

The apartment has been recently redecorated in a contemporary coastal theme. There are 2 bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room and a twin with tv and dvd player for the kids to enjoy a movie night from the huge collection of DVDs. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The living room boasts amazing sea views from a large window and a super squishy sofa to curl up on after a busy day on the beach. There is access to a balcony from the dining area to truly enjoy the views. There is a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer.

There is a cupboard full of games when the weather isn't been too kind and another cupboard full of beach bits (beach towels, buckets, spades, beach chairs, wind break, parasol) for when it is!

There is a designated parking space right by the front door so no great distance to lug your bags. In fact no need to move your car at all if you don't want to, everything is a short walk away. Woolacombe has a great range of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and beaches.

A short drive a way there are more sights to see if you fancy venturing to Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor, Barnstaple or Croyde, there are many more places to explore.

There is also unlimited broadband and a lovely welcome pack to await you.

We have tried to think of everything and hope you enjoy your time here, but we are also always open to suggestions should you think we've missed something.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

About Suzi Powell

Jerry and Suzi live just outside Woolacombe but visit the village daily for school runs, trips to the beach and to visit the lovely restaurants.

We moved here 8 years ago and love living here with our two young children. We have visited Woolacombe regularly for about 20 years and decided that we would move here permanently and get to enjoy it everyday rather than just on weekends.

We both have our own businesses locally and love the community feel of the village.

Why Suzi Powell chose North Devon

We were won over by the view! We bought the appartment with Suzi's family so that they could come and spend more time with the grandchildren. By renting it out it helps pay it's way. The location is just pefect being far enough away to miss the crowds but still close enough to venture in should you wish. We feel as though we stumbled across a really gem when we bought this!

A beautiful home from home rental. Great for exploring Woolacombe and surrounding area.

The property suited our family perfectly and had everything we needed. We loved being able to just pop down to the beach, or sit and take in the views from the window. We appreciated the milk and treats that greeted us on arrival and Suzi made us feel that we could get in touch if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend renting this property.

Stunning views, beautiful accommodation! Stayed Sept. 2016

Enjoyed a relaxing stay at this wonderful apartment overlooking the bay. Even on a showery day, the view was still mesmerizing. Suzi left us a bottle of wine, biscuits, chocs and coffee; even a pint of milk in the fridge for a welcome cuppa after the journey. Tastefully decorated throughout - the rocking chairs were so relaxing sat watching the changing colours of the sea.

If you are looking for a clean, well laid out, spacious apartment with views to die for complete with an attentive, helpful host - this is it!!

Would recommend The Chichester Arms and Miss Fea's cafe both in Mortehoe.

You cant beat the 'view'; !

We had a very enjoyable stay at 'The View'. It was perfect location wise as it is approx 15 minuite walk to the main beach of Woolacombe which takes you past 2 other smaller bays. Also a short walk in the other direction to Morthoe, which has lovely places to eat and a nice walk to the lighhouse.

The apartment was clean and very spacious and the view out of the bay window is beautiful ! The owners have added some great touches like a whole cupboard of kids DVDs and Games which our boys loved, also nice little touches like wine, chocs and coffee on arrival !

We had a great week with amazing weather so we were on the beach body boarding everyday. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Brilliant Apartment - Sept 2016

Having stayed in many self catering properties in the UK, I can say that The View is one of the best!

The location is great for accessing the local beaches by foot and is on the coastal path, so lots of great walks directly from the apartment. Parking is directly behind the property making unloading of luggage and access very easy.

The apartment is presented very well, very clean and decorated beautifully. The balcony and bay window are great places to sit and weather/people watch and flood the living space with light. The kitchen has a full range of appliances and equipment, as well as lots of extras.

Suzi was available to contact during our stay and let us know that the apartment was available earlier on the day of arrival, which was really helpful.

The Chichester Arms in Mortehoe is worth the steep walk up the hill and Miss Fea's Café does great coffee and food. We headed to

Woolacombe Beach (10 mins walk) every early evening to go kite flying and watch the surfing. We also popped into Bar Electric a few times for a drink. Baggy Point (NT) and Croyde are worth a visit as well as Arlington Court (NT). There is a great circular walk from Mortehoe to Lee to Morte Point (look out of the seals) and back to Mortehoe (6.25 miles).

This was our first visit to this part of Devon and we will be coming back.

Mortehoe - 6 Pebbles Court. Stayed July 2016.

I could not fault anything to do with our holiday stay at 6 Pebbles Court. The apartment was superb, it has everything you would need for a nice relaxing comfortable stay. The parking is ideal, right near the main entrance, but neatly tucked away and safe. The views are stunning, the apartment is so well situated that you are only a couple of minutes away from the closest cove/beach, but also only a five minute walk at the most, from the main Woolacombe beach and shops. Mortehoe, a beautiful village, again is only a short walk away, plus in this direction their are some excellent coastal walks as well, which can take you all the way around to Ilfracombe if you are that energetic. My wife and I will definitely be going back next year.
