This an end of terraced property house in Shoeburyness.

It based 15 minutes walk from East Beach blue flag beach.

It is 10 minutes walk from Shoeburyness train station.

15 minutes drive from Southend / London Airport.

This house has three double bedrooms.

It has a good sized fully fitted kitchen and separate dining room and good size lounge with separate downstairs toilet.

There is a 32 inch Samsung TV and free high speed wifi access. Playstation supplied.

In the kitchen there is a washing machine, condensor dryer an expresso coffee maker, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster.

Upstairs is a small bathroom with overhead shower.

There is a 32 foot garden with garden chairs and table and bbq.

Shoeburyness has many pubs and restaurants shops and a delightful beach.

This house is suitable for families or as a romantic getaway.

About Sharon


Me and my family have lived in this area for most of our lives.

It is wonderful living so close to the sea and was the reason we first moved here some 30 years ago. Me and my husband offer holidaymakers a home from home with all the amenities and are on call if you have any queries or questions.

We can recommend the best restaurants/ Bars to eat or drink, and as Southend / Shoeburyness have so many facilities, we are happy to provide guidance to holidaymakers on anything in relation to the area. We are family orientated so are happy to welcome couples or families, and children to our homes.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us and tend to have people coming back to stay with us on a regular basis, down here on the sunny East coast of England.

Why Sharon chose Essex

This cottage has lots of space for a family or group of friends.

It is warm and comfy. It has a brand new kitchen, and equipment. New Fridge freezer, comfy leather corner sofa, and a new Samsung TV perfect for those nights you just want to chill with your glass of wine in front of the telly.

On a summers evening you can enjoy a BBQ on the outside patio or eat alfresco in the garden. We have provided new thick mattresses for a comfy nights sleep in all of the double bedrooms and good quality linen and soft eqyptian towels for all the family. There is also a dvd/ games books and even a playstation for the children.

What makes this house unique

Proximity to Southend/London Airport.

Quiet residential area within walking distance of shops, beach, Shoeburyness Railway Station. Two public houses on your doorstep. Southend on Sea ad all its shopping and entertainment facilities is only 3 miles away.

Bus stop outside. Car is not required. Happy to collect visitors from Shoeburyness / Thorpe Bay station.

Good base for Shoeburyness and Southend

Pleasant house, near to the blue flag beach. Asda is very handy. Good train links to London.

No BBQ but otherwise plenty of utensils and kitchen wares. Garden nice and secluded and as the weather was very good, nice to sit out in and enjoy the sun.

We stayed at the house for 8 weeks, it is a lovely house, very spacious and clean and tidy. The area is so lovely and quiet.

It is easy walking distance to a couple of good pubs and asda and walking distance to the seafront

for visitors with young children shoebury park just up the road is lovely.

I would definitely be recommending this property to friends and family

This cottage is situation in the residential area of Shoeburyness.

Shoeburyness is situated 3 miles outstide the town of Southend on Sea in Essex.

Shoeburyness is host to many attractions. Its main feature is its blueflag beach wonderful for family days out. Five minutes walk from the cottage is many shops and takeaway restaurants. There is also two public houses within 10 minutes walk, The Parsons Barn and the Meadowlark, both provide good value meals and good wines/ beers. There is even a play area for children in the Meadowlark, which is family orientated. If you would like to look a little further 1 mile along the coast line is Thorpe Bay an upmarket area, with equisite restaurants facing the seafront providing high class cuisine, and Thorpe Bay broadway which has shops and restaurants and market days.

If you like to keep in shape then look no further than Garon's Golf Gym, Tennis and swimming centre which provides an olympic size pool and numerous tennis Courts suitable for all the family.

Furthermore along the front is Leigh on Sea 5 miles away, which is a historic fishing village and has numerous quaint restaurants and public houses particularly pretty fishing village and upmarket shopping area known as Leigh Broadway well worth a visit. There is also an entertainment centre The Cliffs Pavilion that has numerous shows and entertainment all year round, really worth a visit. Of course we must not forget Peter Pans Playground for those of us that are still young at heart, with has numerous roller coaster rides for all ages.

I would also add that Southend on Sea / Shoeburyness is one of the warmest places in Britain, and has a high percentage of sun shine.
