The white, sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this home. While at the beach, work on your tan, splash in the warm waters, and watch for playful dolphins playing in the emerald surf. After a day at the beach, stop at the shared, outdoor pool for even more fun in the water. When it's time to eat, there are plenty of local restaurants nearby that offer beachside dining where you can feast on local seafood and other delicious menu items, all with great views.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Way to Vacation

The place was clean upon arrival. We initially struggled to find it in the dark since it was tucked behind some construction. Pros- Within walking distance of the ocean/Public beach access. Quiet location- no noisy neighbors. The pool was warm and clean so my older son could swim during nap time for my younger. The kitchen was well stocked (other than a pizza cutter). Was roomy and homey which was nice for our family of 4. Cons- the WiFi was out our entire 4 day stay, which meant no watching movies (via Netflix) in the evening and needing to use our phones in order to look up attractions). The back patio had broken tiles that we loose. The oven/stove did not initially work and my husband had to troubleshoot to get it to work. The water filter needed to be changed on the refrigerator (light was on) which led to the water tasting weird. Overall, a great place to stay for a family. A Vacasa representative did try to come over and fix the Wi-fi issue and stayed in contact via text but apparently Cox had an outage the entire time we were there... seems like a long time for an outage.
