|Minimum Stay||5 nights|
Our apartment has been redesigned to accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms, with a good sofabed in the lounge for 2 more guests. There is comfy seating and dining chairs in the open plan living area with Satellite TV and DVD player. We have a well-equipped kitchen area. We have views over the gardens and views of the mountains and sea are visible from the balcony.
It is part of a complex which boasts 3 swimming pools, well designed gardens throughout, space to laze under canopies and experience all that the complex has to offer. There are parking slots available if required. There is a supermarket for supplies on site. Other amenities are being added all the time. As the centre improves with the completion of their hotel in the near future and adds other facilities this will be a truly family centred resort. Our apartment has been planned with families in mind and is ideal for parents with up to 2 children but 2 more can be accommodated on the sofabed in the lounge.
It is a short walk to the local beach which boasts many activities and also close to the restaurants of Nabq. Sharm is only a short ride away with its world famous selection of just about everything you could wish for in a family fun holiday or just for couples to relax on the beach. For the more adventurous there are so many trips it is impossible to list them all and so many tour companies too. To sample the offering just search the web. The world is your oyster. The area also boasts some leading medical centres in the unlikely event of requiring medical assistance.
I am a qualified teacher, family man with 3 children of 24, 15 and 7 and host a number of properties in the UK, Spain, Turkey, Bulgaria and in Orlando, Florida, USA in addition to this lovely apartment in Nabq just north of the Sharm El Sheikh centre.
I live just south of London, England from where I conduct my business interests with my retired teacher colleague Derek.
Mr Ish Shah purchased this apartment in 2015
When I had the opportunity to purchase this property, I saw the potential to own an apartment in a thriving area which sees people arriving for 12 months of the year. I was able to put my own touches to the place by redesigning the interior in order to have 2 bathrooms and thus adequately cater for the guests. The proximity of this complex to all the area has to offer was the most compelling attraction. I am sure you will agree that this is a great investment.
The plans for this complex were the important selling point for me. When I purchased there were still many features to be developed but it was obvious that this was going to be something really good and affordable. The layout of the gardens and swimming pools and the relaxation area beyond looks really nice so there is no need to venture beyond its borders, but those seeking a more adventurous holiday there everything you could want is on the doorstep. I could see the views of the mountains and the sea from the grounds. I heard also about the excellent air quality and the other controls the government has in place for controlling pollution of the sea and beaches and realised this was a place many people would want to visit for so many reasons. Its closeness to historic sights like Mount Sinai was likely to draw in many visitors and the other wonderful tourist sights of Egypt are available with ease by bus, coach, helicopter or plane. Just view the thousands of websites to see what is on offer. If you are looking for something specific, try the tourist information for Sharm to get an up to date view of everything.
