This is the incredible home studio of the architect and painter Lucio, who now lives in a retirement home for artists where he continues to paint. He likes that guests could appreciate his work and personality. His house is placed in Monteverde neighborhood, a stone from Trastevere and the Center of the city. You can taste the flavour of the best residential and safe neighborhood in Rome where a lot of foreigners decided to move permanently, away from the chaotic, sometimes fake, touristic areas, and merge into the real roman people. The tram 8 (it’s like a surface Metro) brings you in Trastevere in 10 minutes and in Piazza Venezia (City Hall) in 15 minutes. To Vatican it takes 20 minutes by bus, 45 minutes by feet.This fully equipped apartment is located on the 2nd/last floor of a 1920 Art Nouveau style building, it has two double bedrooms, an amazing furnished living room and a kitchen with a panoramic balcony. The view from the windows is on the typical ancient detached houses of this quiet neighborhood. In the streets around find everything you need for a pleasant Holiday: pizza parlors, cafes, pastry shops, two old style markets, supermarkets, hairstylist, laundry, shops of any kind, pizzarias and restaurants. A wonderful park, “Villa Pamphili”, is just 15 minutes walking from the apartment.Without taking anything from your confort this apartment carries the energy of a real artist, from the beautiful architecture of the building, trough the stunning Lucio's paintings, to the objects and the books of a man who has been always living intensely.
