A luxury efficiency in an intimate complex with a pool is the perfect recharge pad between FTL Beach, brunch at Foxy Brown, exploring the Secret Woods Nature Center, bike, food or craft beer tours, airboat or gondola rides, a stop at the Antique Car Museum, shopping on Las Olas Blvd, happy hour margs at Canyon, and mermaids at Wreck Bar! Ground floor unit, king bed, full bathroom, free parking for 1 car, if you would need more space, contact to the owner, fully renovated Spring 2019!

About Your Space:
Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. Efficiency apartment 18 is located on the ground floor of a two story building, and the pool is steps from the door! The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include a king bed and a sofa bed. A full bathroom, luxurious linens and thoughtful decor round out the perfect home base for a South Florida vacation filled with sun, relaxation and nature.

Your Availability:
“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”

Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is fantastic for convenience - with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and museums within walking distance, and much more just a short drive, it’s hard to find a more centrally located vacation spot for adventures in Fort Lauderdale.

Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
