This spacious 3 level townhouse condo is located in Alpine Village, minutes from Loon, Cannon Mountain ski resorts and Echo Lake in the White Mountains. Features include an open living/dining room with comfortable furnishings, fireplace, a fully applianced kitchen with washer/dryer, 2 baths, and sleeping for parties up to 5 with 2 second floor bedrooms and a third floor loft for parties of 6 to 10. Towels and bed linens are provided, as well as three TVs with cable, DVD and VCR units. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. There is a large spacious deck with a private backyard, access to a trout pond, and open grassy areas for children to enjoy. Tennis and basketball courts on site. Plenty of local downhill and cross country skiing, hiking and biking for all abilities and all the attractions of Loon Mountain Resort , Whale Tale Water Park , Clark's Trading Post, Cascade Falls Park, Lost River Gorge, The Flume and more !
Health club facilities at the Loon Mountain Club - indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, weight and cardio workout rooms, and locker rooms with saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms and showers. Racquetball and fitness classes included.
Echo Lake beach offering swimming, boating, fishing and sunbathing just a short ride away.
Complimentary shuttle service to Loon Mountain during winter weekends and vacation weeks.
Rental terms: Non-smoking unit and pets not allowed. No outdoor charcoal grills allowed.
A 50% rental deposit is required at time of booking; balance is due 30 days prior to reservation date plus a $250 refundable security deposit. Deposit may be forfeited for balance received less than 30 days prior to reservation. Personal checks are only allowed if more than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Our vacation at this property was one of the best ever. There are three important things about any property anywhere: Location, Location and Location. All White Mountain attractions are easily accessible from this townhome, and we managed to cover most of the attractions in 3 days (With 10 adults, 2 infants and 1 toddler, it was quite a challenge!). The property was everything the owners described, and more.
1. It is clean, and well-maintained
2. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. We cooked most of our meals at home, and found nothing lacking.
3. The bedrooms and bathrooms are appropriately sized, and easily accessible from all three levels. The house can comfortably accommodate 10+ adults.
4. The swimming pool, fitness center and tennis courts are close by, and well maintained. One Note: The clubhouse with these facilities is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I was unable to find this information anywhere else.
The owners were very accessible, and my transaction with them was seamless.
I would highly recommend this property to other travelers. I look forward to staying here again when I visit the NH area next time.
Every summer we stay in the Alpine Village but this was the first time staying in this particular unit.
We were very pleased - it is clean, cozy and roomy. There were 6 adults and 1 infant and we had room to spare. The kitchen is well stocked. We like to cook and we found everything we needed and then some. There is a nice deck out back where you can enjoy cocktails. Also included is a health club membership at nearby Loon Mountain. They have a wonderful pool for those hot summer days.
The unit is within walking distance to downtown North Woodstock:
Woodstock Inn - have dinner or take a brewery tour (we did both)
Cascade Cafe - wonderful coffee shop (best falafel sandwiches ever)
Fadden's General Store - something for everyone
We are hikers and geocachers - there were plenty of both nearby to keep us busy.
It's a great place to stay and make memories. You won't be disappointed.
We had a wonderful weekend at this spot. It's comfortable, well-stocked, and convenient to everything. We had not been to Loon before, but my 20-somethings found that the mountain was well groomed and the conditions were better in some other places they'd skied this winter. It was spotless when we arrived and nice that the towels/sheets were included. We would definitely stay there again.
I was so excited about this trip to white mountains with my family . tHe condo was great spacious and clean and well maintained. It was comfy and it was nice to have a kitchen well equipped .The rooms where good size and it was a plus to have the fitness center .The location was perfect and I look forward to renting this condo in the future . thank You. We had a family reunion up in the Loon area for Thanksgiving and were looking for a nice quiet place that sleeps 10. This place seemed ideal in the pictures, but the picture did not do it justice. This unit was much better than the photos had suggested, was very well maintained and very cozy. The whole family loved this and we would definitely reach out to the owner on this property again in the future.
We loved our stay, The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. The owners were quick to respond and were a pleasure to work with. We will be sure to recommend it to family and friends, and will return in the future!
A short walk to the quaint New England town of North Woodstock offers great restaurants, antique shops, art galleries and swimming/tubing in the mountain fed Pemigewassett River at Cascade Falls Park or Echo Lake at the base of Cannon Mountain. Area attractions also include Clark’s Trading Post, Whales Tale Water Park, Lost River, The Flume and three 18 hole golf courses, as well as hiking and biking in the White Mountains National Forest. Free shuttle service to Loon Mountain ski resort is provided during winter weekends and holiday weeks. Additional shopping and attractions such as Storyland and Santa’s Village are a picturesque drive across the Kancamangus Highway.
