Well Appointed Ground Floor Apartment Occupying Corner Wing Of The Old Corn Mill

The Granary offers luxurious accommodation in a wonderful setting for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms all on one floor and within easy reach of the village green.

Each room has fantastic views of the surrounding hills and provides our guests with a little taste of luxury along with all of the home comforts such as wifi and smart TV.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer,washer/dryer,electric oven, hob and microwave and has recently been updated with granite worktops.

The spacious lounge/dining room has dual aspect with large leather sofa, flat screen smart TV and 6 seater dining table.

There is a king size brass bed in bedroom 1 and the large second bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be made as 2 single beds or a super king double.

We also have a beautiful private garden which is ideal for those summer barbecues or you may just choose to just relax with a chilled glass of wine on the table and chairs provided.

The property also comes with a garage which is ideal if you wish to bring some bikes with you.

Thoralby has got to be the Yorkshire Dales best kept secret, hidden right in the centre of the National park and offers an abundance of walks right on the doorstep . It is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding Dales.

There are many magnificent places to visit, the market towns of Hawes and Leyburn are easily accessed by car along with one of Wensleydales famous beauty spots of Aysgarth Falls being only 1 mile away.

Other attractions include The Wensleydale Creamery, Forbidden Corner and the historic Castle Bolton just to name a few places within easy reach from Thoralby.

The village is home to The George Inn, a typical Yorkshire Dales pub serving a choice of ales, good wholesome food and all whilst sitting by the open fire. A little further, the award winning Wensleydale Heifer is just a short car ride away.

Whether walking,cycling or you you simply want to get off the escalator of life by relaxing and unwinding, The Granary is the perfect location to do all of these things.

Beautiful cosy accomodation in a peaceful location

My children and I stayed here for 3 weeks. The location is extremely peaceful, we've never slept better!😊 The views are beautiful with plenty of walks and wildlife. The apartment was extremely comfortable with everything we could possibly need during our stay and the internet speed was excellent. Rob and Sara were just wonderful with us, even sending us some fresh sausages and bacon! We didn't want to leave! LOL. I would highly recommend this apartment to others, we would love to stay again in the future 😄😄

Towels and bed linen are all included, the property is cleaned once a week. Arrival is from 3pm and we ask that you vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure to allow for the property to be serviced in time for the next guests. We ask that good care is taken of the property, guests are responsible & liable for any breakages/damage to the property & its contents . We ask that any breakages are reported to the owner and whilst we do not charge for minor breakages, we may make a charge in instances where it is reasonable to do so.
