South of France Provencal holiday villa to sleep 10
Mas Colombiere is located in the heart of Provence, South of France in a small and picturesque village not far from the stunning Mont Ventoux, or from the historic city of Avignon.
The house was built in 2006 with a large number of guests in mind and is equipped for 10 people. There is a large open plan living-dining room and kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 wc s and two of the bedrooms have a spectacular view of the pool and the village from their own terrace.
The garden which is apprx 1160m2 has some mature trees providing good shade, and is pleath of May and sant to sit in, relax and dine alfresco. There are 2 terraces on each side of the house equipped with garden furniture, essential for outside dining. A built in BBQ is also provided.
There is a private fenced swimming pool measuring 11m x 5m with Roman steps for easy access and a flattish part for children for pool games.

3rd Bedroom Soleil with a 140cm double bed with access to top terrace with lovely views of the garden and the village (an additional single bed can be made available in this room on request).
4th Bedroom - Oriental with 2 singles of 90cm access on terrace with views of garden and village
5th Bedroom - Colorine with 2 singles of 90cm, with windows facing into the garden.
Green Bathroom comprises a bath, an Italian walk-in shower room, 2 wash basins and an independent wc.
PLEASE NOTE: Between October to June a special price is available for parties of 6 or less (using 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the same level) please ask for details. A supplement of EUR 125 euros per bedroom is payable for each additional room required. This offer is not available during Holiday periods, i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter.

The exterior of this South France Villa offers everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. Set in 1160m2 of garden with trees the house has shady and sunny areas to relax in. There are two terraces; one with a big dining table on the Northern side and one on the South side.
The 11m x 5m x 1.6m swimming pool has an alarm and Roman steps for easy access, as well as a gently descending slope starting at 0.90 cm deep, which is good for young children and for pool games. The pool is surrounded by a wall on 2 sides and a fence on the other sides. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool.

A few minute s walk to Blauvac - where there is a Restaurant - a charming little hilltop village (altitude 400m), with stunning views over the woods and vineyards in the valleys below. From the top of the village you can see Mont Ventoux apprx 30km to the North and the Luberon hills to the south.

Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your airplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.
€300 euros cash on arrival, to be returned on day of departure, plus €700 euros (or equivalent) check on arrival, returned within 10 days of departure. A local 'taxe de sejour' (visitors tax) of currently 0.80 centimes per person (everyone over the age of 10 years) per night, may be applicable, which will be collected by the owner on arrival.
Wi-Fi Internet (please note this can be intermittent). Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.
Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.
Gas / Oil
There is a charge for electric heating (underfloor heating) in the winter (from October until June). Owners will read the meter the day before arrival (when the heating is switched on) and departure. Payment made directly to them the day of departure. If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €50 per week
Bed Linen & Towels
Bedsheets are included in the rental during July and August. Otherwise they are available to rent at €10 per person - advance notice required. Towels are not included at any time and are available at €10 per person (one big bath towel, one beach towel, 2 small bath towels and 2 hand towels) - advance notice required.
End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €150 payable on arrival. The end-of-stay cleaning is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.
Pets may be permitted on prior agreement with the owner.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 people. Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
