Palms of Treasure Island - Brand new beautifully furnished unit facing intercoastal water, 1st floor (underground parking makes it like a 2nd floor) overlooking pool and bay - 2 bedroom, 2 full baths - and sleeps 4-5 people - Master: queen bed(2) with jacuzzi tub, 2nd bedroom: double bed with trundle pullout(3), and sofa if needed.
Spectacular views from the entire unit and balcony, very bright and inviting. Great Mediterranean architecture approximately 1000 sq ft with covered furnished balcony; table/lounge chairs. This unit has all brand new furniture with travertine floors with carpet in the bedrooms, 9 ft ceilings, and crown moldings.
Complete kitchen with all cooking accessories, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Washer/Dryer, Cable, 3 flat screen TV's w/DVD, stereo, and Wireless Internet. Walk across the street to the beach or 2 miles from St. Johns Pass and marina. Numerous restaurants, convenience and grocery stores.

This building is only 6 years old and is beautifuly done, granite, travertine, new beds and furniture, very clean, and close to everything.
What makes this Condo unique
Having a grocery store right next door, a major drug store 2 blocks away makes it very easy to purchase cooked and/or prepared food, drinks, etc on a daily basis. Numerous restaurants, ice cream store, pizza shop all within walking distance, makes this very convienient for everyone..

Great location, but non smokers beware
We stayed in this lovely condo for most of the month of February 2018. It has a wonderful view of the inter coastal waterway with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We got some great sunrise photos from there. And saw dolphins on many occasions. The unit had some dated features. The master bathroom needs a deep cleaning. I washed the shower curtain as is was scummy, and the bathtub had orange deposits around the spa outlets. There was minimal cleaning supplies for a long stay and the vacumn cleaner left the rug dirtier than before. The dishwasher was hard to operate, was not well secured in its spot, and very loud when it ran. The kitchen was adequately stocked. My main complaint is something that John has no control over: the complex is a smoking building. People smoked under our balcony often, which for us non smokers was unpleasant. This unit is nonsmoking, and we appreciated that. Lastly, we understand the condo association is considering adding recycling to the building. Please vote for it! We hated tossing our recycling into the trash. Overall, the location was excellent. Right next to Publix, an easy walk across Gulf Blvd to get to the beach, and a close walk to the Friday Farmers Market, retail stores and restaurants.
Not the nicest
Although the building, location and view was great, the condo itself left a little to be desired. Waited till the 4:00 PM check in and still found the place less than clean. Floors dirty, rugs in bath looked as if never washed. Dishes in dishwasher and towels (clean or dirty) left in washer. Several light bulbs burnt out. Linens pretty worn, no dish cloths. Have stayed in this building in another unit and did not have these issues. Also, arrived after cold spell and being on first floor the floors were very cold. Overall needs some updating and good cleaning.
Sorry for any inconvenience, I have replaced all linens where necessary and had unit cleaned thoroughly. Cant help cold weather unfortunately.

Great condo in great location!
Loved the condo. It was bright, clean and spacious. Walking distance from Publix and the beach.
Beautiful clean condo with all the amenities needed close to the beach large swimming pool close to attractions personal service and help with problems and questions from John and the front desk would stay again
No Luxury here!
This was a disapointing rental - Posted as Luxury - not even close to standard. No stars here only XXXXX.
We arrived a little early thankfully and met the ownrer who was doing some repairs in the unit. He was replacing a shower head. He also brought some new pillows. When we entered the unit the first thing I notce were the foors they were dirty, the celing fans were so caked with dirt they looked like there was fur on them, there was a leak in the celing from the unit above over the kitchen counter, and this was fithy from the leak. The owner did call the cleaner back who did remove the "fur' from the fans and did clean the kitchen counter.
The rest of the unit was poor at best- towels were almost thread bear and no beach towels were provided.
The cleaner did provide newer towels a few days later still no brach towels. The kitchen dishes and cutlery were filthy and we had to re wash anything we were going to use. The microwavenever worked while we were there, the coffee maker was extremly dirty and looked like it had not been washed for a very long time.
The patio furniture was poor at best and appeared to never have been cleaned we needed to clean it prior to using. The balcony had a great view but had not been swept or mopped.
The pool in the builting was only cleaned once during our stay, (20 days) and no attenpt to clean around the pool and the birds and the ducks were in the pool every day as there were no deternants for birds to enter.
The elevator in the building - there is only one - and the building is not small takes forever to come, it was a real issue for us as my Mom needs assistance to walk. Most of the vactioners used the stairs,
The location is great every thing else poor.
Here is the definition of luxury : indulgence in and enjoyment of rich, comfortable, and sumptuous living. None of which you will find in this vacation rental.
I apologize for your inconvenience, but you did arrive early at 11:00 AM and not 4:00 which is normal check in. I should not have given you early access and there would not have been any problems, but you insisted and now I get a this review. All real issues have been resolved, and we strive to provide a great experience for all, and gladly resolve any issues ASAP. I will continue to improve any areas that are needed.

New Publix grocery store next door is a great convienience, Wallgreens drug store, pizza, ice cream, and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. St Johns Pass 1 1/2 miles north on Gulf Blvd, where numerous restaurants including Hooters, Bubba Gump Shrimp, local seafood, quaint shopping areas, boat and jet ski rentals, large dinner boat cruises, etc. Take the trolley or drive, fun for the whole family. Caddy's on the beach, a small restaurant is a 10 minute walk south and right on the beach, breakfast, lunch or dinner, beach casual.
