Villa Salica is a beautiful, large, 19th century villa with a private pool. It is composed of 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 suites with double beds, private living rooms and en suite bathrooms.
This property is ideal for larger groups of friends or family wishing to holiday together with peace and relaxation in superb accommodation. The villa is located in stunning grounds in a hilltop position overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
The villa is part of the larger estate which includes a farm where olive oil and good red and white wines are produced. It is located in the north of Tuscany near Serravalle Pistoiese in the province of Pistoia. It is perfectly positioned for visits to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gamignano and Siena as well as the many beautiful villages and towns scattered throughout this part of Tuscany.The villa is perfectly positioned away from the chaos of the cities but with easy access to Tuscan sights. In fact, 95% of the symbolic Tuscan landmarks can be reached within an hour and a half by car or train. Only 2 km from Villa Salica there is a small country rail station where guests can catch the train.

PISTOIAThis is a fascinating medieval city a with a beautiful Piazza del Duomo. Small ancient streets, medieval towers and palaces offer guests a rare glimpse of old times.
FLORENCEMichelangelo's masterpiece, the magnificent Duomo and Giotto Belltower, noble and elegant Renaissance palaces, Mediciâ€™s heritage and Benozzo Gozzoli Chapel, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Piazzale Michelangelo, Palazzo Pitti and Uffizi Museum are all in this city. There are so many more treasures that this city and its surroundings have to offer.
PISAGuests will want to have a camera ready for the iconic leaning Tower, Baptistry and striking Duomo in the Miracles Square.
LUCCALucca has magnificent 16th-century ramparts enclosing a maze of cobbled streets, elegant Piazzas, renaissance palaces, the home of Puccini and a certain taste of France. Elisa Baciocchi Bonaparte, Napoleonâ€™s sister, lived here, and her influence gives Lucca a sense of little Paris.

AREZZOThis is a beautiful medieval city, and guests will not want to miss the antiques market in the historical centre of the city.
MASSA-CARRARA/GROSSETO/LIVORNOThis is the Tuscan seaside. Tuscany has interesting destinations near the sea: Versilia Coast, Etruscan Coast and Maremma are some of the places where guests can sight see and relax.InteriorGround FloorThe Ground floor has a beautiful entrance hall with an ancient stone staircase leading to the upper 2 floors. On the right side there is a TV room and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. On the left side the old stables have been renovated and is now a large, covered dining area with an external courtyard.
In front of the entrance there is an old kitchen and a new one. The old kitchen is equipped only as a dining area with two table and chairs for 10 people. The new kitchen is spacious with a large table for 20 people, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and washing machine. The wine cellars are located downstairs.
First FloorA large area with 2 large rooms and 3 small rooms for relaxing, reading and eating. One marvellous hunting room is converted into the â€œsalle a mangerâ€ for more informal dining, with simple pictures depicting hunting scenes on the walls. On this floor it is possible to have a supplementary double bedroom with bathroom, if needed.
Second FloorA large entrance hall called the â€œHall of Musicâ€ opens into the two suites and three double bedrooms with bathrooms. The suites are composed of one double bed with bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed if required.
Outdoor SpaceExternally there is a large pool located on the hilltop amidst the lush greenery with sunbeds and parasols. A gazebo overlooks the rolling olive groves. The grounds also include gardens and large terraces equipped with chairs and tables.
