This lovely 19th century chateau and its cottage, 5 minutes from Beaune and in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, is ideal for your holidays with family and friends, for weddings and other special occasions. It is a perfect base from which to visit Beaune and its region, discover the vineyards and wine cellars, go cycling, hot air ballooning or simply relax by the swimming pool in the tranquillity of the park. The chateau was originally the home of the very first wine family in Burgundy, the Champy family. The current owner, passionate about architecture, history and renovations, has spent the last 10 years lovingly restoring the chateau, while respecting its original character. Today, the chateau retains all the charm and authenticity of the 19th century, combined with all the necessary modern creature comforts.7 spacious bedrooms and 6 modern bathrooms are at your disposal, as well as a gym and massage room. Les AromesThis is a gorgeous cottage dating back to the 18th century, it has been restored with extremely good taste. It has a elegant integrated kitchen which opens out on the drawing room featuring a striking decorative chimney.Ground Floor - This floor has a drawing room with a decorative chimney, a television and hi-fi stereo. It also has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pullout bed for one or two persons. This one level cottage also had a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hotplates, refrigerator, freezer, telephone, microwave oven and washing machine.Outdoors - Outside there is a garden lounge with a table, four chairs and cushions, deck chairs and parasol and an unenclosed garden within the park. There is also a barbeque and swimming pool measuring 6x12m. The swimming pool is shared with guests at the onsite gite unless client book the Chateau De Champ Carre Estate.
