This condo home is located on the 5th floor in a 6 story building and can be described as one of the prettiest in Ocean Village. The spacious living room is carpeted in blue and beige pile. A modern living room along with a light wood entertainment unit that completes this space. This entertainment piece includes a large Flat Screen TV and DVD player. There are many upgrades to this condo. The kitchen is tiled with dark maple cabinets and granite counter tops. There is a ceiling fan, dual sinks and kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances. There are two Dinning areas also tiled with 2 lovely cozy wood tables seating a total of 8. One table overlooks the ocean and tennis courts. In the master bedroom you find a Queen size bed, tiled, a walk-in closet, a double closet, a Flat Screen TV and there is that Ocean view. The 2nd Bedroom is furnished with twin beds, tiled, double closets and of course an ocean and tennis view. Additional items include Beach chairs and a beach umbrella and Wifi. This unit is protected by high impact glass windows and equipped with no seum screens. Just a short walk to beach, tennis, fitness center and pool.

Over 120 days prior to check-in date - Full Refund*
91-120 days prior to check-in date - $200 or 15% of reservation, whichever is greater*
61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND
*processing fees are non-refundable

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
25%: Deposit Due at time of booking in order to hold your reservation.
50%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
25%: 60 Days prior to Check-In: Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and $500 Refundable Security Deposit
