We rented this superb condo after weeks of looking for the right place! Man am I glad we found this one. The owner was easy and great to work with on booking. The resort is by far the best resort in Panama City! Beautiful decor and a great view from the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice relaxing trip! All ages would love this place. My friends and I will be returning real soon!!
We loved this condo. It's a beautiful place and has an amazing pool and beach view. Fidele is great too. I would highly recommend him and his condo for anyone!
We stayed for a few days in mid-August, and the overall resort is very nice. It's in a great location where you can walk to restaurants, play golf, etc. It was pretty quiet since I think most college kids are back in school. The elevators worked fine when we were there, like I said, we were there at the tail-end of summer season though.. The parking deck is a little confusing, but that's how it is when you stay in a high-rise condo resort. Not a big deal.
This condo is clean, simply furnished, small but sufficient for a family for 4. That said, my kids are only 2 & 4 yrs, so maybe teenagers (or parents!) would prefer something bigger or have a different point of view. The bunk beds were fine for my kids, but maybe not for older kids since the mattresses were a little thin. The master bed was great; we slept like babies! We didn't try the pull-out couch so I don't know about it's comfort, I do know that when you sit on it, the cushions sink in towards the back, but really who cares! We didn't sit in the condo for long - we were out on the beach! You may want to bring some socks since the place has ceramic tile throughout and sometimes there's sand on the floor and just sticks to your feet and gets a little annoying.. I was sweeping more than I wanted to. Also, if you want to do any work on the internet or stream movies, you may want to bring your own internet hotspot device. The internet works fine, but is not super-speed.
The kitchen is simply stocked. The coffee maker didn't have a pot, but we decided to use instant coffee and not worry about it. Maybe it's been replaced by now.. Some of the cooking pots are worn & could be replaced. There are no provided beach materials- you will need to bring your own umbrella & chairs (unless you rent them), towels, beach toys, etc. Again, none of this affected our vacation very much, just letting y'all know what to expect! Oh, and the washer/dryer set was fantastic & seem to be brand new.
*The resort charges fees to utilize the pool and beach areas*. The resort charged me about $140 total (~$33/day with taxes). It's based on how large the condo is. They said this condo is a 1BR. The 2nd room is small, so maybe it's not considered a BR? Regardless, I think the resort charges should be mentioned in the description, but I suppose when you plan a vacation, you plan to spend, so we just factored it in with our general expenses. Fidele (the owner) was attentive & responded to our questions very quickly.
Room was more than adequate for our family of four. The facility has work out room, nice pools, and direct access to beach.
The room itself was very nice and had everything you would need other than food. The owner is extremely quick to return an email or call if you contact him. They do charge for amenity access which is stated, not sure why others cant figure that out. Overall we would definitely stay here again, we had a great time
Panama City Beach is the excellent location to be for your next vacation. The resort is unlike any other with such beautiful exterior details and impressive modern architecture. Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ebro Greyhound Racing, Zoo World, mini Golfs and much more. There are lots of upscale dining restaurants, shops and golf courses. This new luxury, family-oriented resort is the excellent place to be for your next vacation.
