The bright lights, big city concept was certainly born in Midtown Manhattan on the West Side of town, where Times Square and the Theater District are at the core. This bustling area offers everything from performing arts to culinary delights.
Midtown West spans from 30th Street to 59th Street on the west side of Fifth Avenue over to the Hudson River, and is home to many of Manhattan’s most frequented attractions as well as arts institutes like Carnegie Hall and Alvin Ailey. It’s also close enough to Central Park for residents to take advantage of the greenery and activities that await them there. And restaurant row on Ninth Avenue can’t be beat for great eats. Midtown West is also first and foremost an easy commute - in walking distance to A, C, E, B, D, 1, 2 and 3 trains, bus stop on the corner of our block.

Comfortable, perfect location to get anywhere just walking or subway
Clean and well provided with All you may need, we were a family of four and we had a lot of space in the kitchen and dinner area, very quiet during day and night so you can rest after your activities
We even used the laundry
No doubt ten times better than a hotel!!
Spacious for 4 with all the amenities and close to theaters and Times Square.
The apartment was plenty of room for my husband, myself, and my 2 teenagers. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The rooftop deck provided a beautiful view of the city. Irina and Laura were great at communicating with us, and I felt if I had any questions or issues, they would respond quickly. I would definitely recommend the property.
Great location! Clean and safe!
My daughters and I loved staying here. It is in a perfect location. Walkable to Broadway, Central Park and MOMA. The building is quiet and safe. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Great experience!
Great appartment, with AMAZING LOCATION!
Great, great location. This 3 words could summerize the review perfectly, thats what you are paying for.LOCATION. The apartment is great, it could be a little more affordable? YES totally, we had to pay a little more than what we were expecting to, but it was worth it. We were five in the apartment, my parents slept in the room while my 2 brothers and i slept in the living room which had really comfortable beds, the only thing i would say, is that te dinning table is rather small for the amount of people that could live here, but it was okay, we gathered together and fit tight! The bathroom is great, hot water, and nice preassure for the five of us (which in january, with 15° F (-10°C) was TOTALLY NECESSARY, we never had a issue with that). Laura and Irina, were always available for any thing i would ask. As i told before, the best thing about this apartment is location. Really close to times square, the subway and central park. Half a block away you have planty of really nice restaurants to eat. ALL IN ALL, paying a little extra was totally worth it. THANK YOU LAURA AND IRINA! You made our stay really nice!
we are very grateful for your review, where you have mentioned couple of times our great location (located on the Restaurant Row, next to Broadway, Times Square, Central park etc.), and thanked us for our customer service.
The prices for NYC's real estate are driven by the location of the property. As a matter of fact, we are priced MUCH LOWER than other rentals of the same "level", this fact makes our rental popular. Please, do not forget that you stayed in NYC during the most expensive holiday season : Christmas / New Year's time!!! Your quote: "ALL IN ALL, paying a little extra was totally worth it". Our dining table is a regular size. A larger table will take more space. We have 3 sofas in the living room and it would be very crowded with a larger table. We often have groups of 7 people staying at our apartment, no one had any problems with the size of the table.
Thank you for writing the review, it is always helpful to the potential guests! Please, come during the less popular off-season months of January and February and you will pay almost half of what you paid staying in December!
Great time Great location Hope to see you next year
My girlfriends and I enjoyed an awesome visit to NYC. Laura's place was perfect for our visit.
The concierge people were very helpful and we got the keys and we were on our way. We took an elevator to the third floor, which was convenient and they had a luggage cart to take our bags up. We had a little trouble with the key locks, we jiggled it a little and got in. The apartment was pretty spacious for a one bedroom, but the living room had the sleep sofas which gave added beds we needed. The parking garage Laura recommended was right around the corner and there was another one block down from the condo as well. For the two days it cost 113.00. Not bad considering valet parking at hotels are 40 to 80 dollars per night. We used cabs, ubers, or walked to where we wanted to go. If Times Square is the area you want to be, the condo is perfect. All towels and extra linens and blankets you can find in the closet. There was plenty. Water was great for showers and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Would recommend Laura and Irin's place for a great stay in the city. Thank you!
