Effective June 2016, parking is restricted to five vehicles, and all must be parked within the property. No Street Parking is allowed. Garage bays available for two cars with driveway available for two vehicles and a fifth on the adjacent rocked area. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your five vehicles. Serenity Shores will provide five parking passes. Vehicles parked without a parking pass or vehicles parked in striped areas are subject to towing at the renters expense. No Boats, Trailers, or Recreational Vehicles are allowed on Village Walk property. These are also subject to towing at the renters expense.

We traveled to Port Aransas on family vacations for 12 years before we decided to build Serenity Shores Beach House. We built the house for our children, grandchildren, family and friends in mind. It has been a perfect place to escape from Michigan's winter weather to enjoy the sun, sand, and great fishing!
We enjoy the community and its amenities. It is 1.5 miles from the beach by car, golf cart, bike, skateboard, rollerblades, or walking with large six foot wide walkways. The fishing is extraordinary!
This is a great place to stay. We loved the kitchen and every room. Actually, we love the house. We realized there was a garage on the last day. Definitely would like to come back and stay here. Thank you for letting us stay at your beach.
We stayed 4 nights this past Labor Day weekend. There were 11 in our group of which were 6 adults. There is more value here than is described in the comments section. There is a large storage box outside full of sand toys. The garage has bag toss, a ladder/golf ball game & inside is a board for washer toss. There are 3 extra fold up chairs in the garage for the beach including 3 boogie boards. Inside the kitchen is phenomenal with plenty of common items pots pans etc. you do not need to bring anything related to preparing food it's all there. The fridge is huge with plenty of space for food and drinks. Unlike other rental properties that are filled with wicker, this home has extremely comfortable recliners and couch. The home was super clean and everything functioned as intended. Inside there is a Wii with games and controllers for a rainy day. The outdoor rooftop deck had comfortable seating with a gentle breeze and amazing star filled views at night. The bedding was extremely comfortable and had higher end sheets and pillows.
Lastly Ms. Cheryl although not needed was a cell phone call away to solve any problem should it occur.
I have never written a review for a property in the past but this beach home is so perfect I felt compelled to pass along this find to other potential renters. This is the home you want to stay at in Port A. We had a great vacation and they even had a welcome basket filled with goodies on the counter when we got there.

We had a wonderful trip to Port A! First, the house was amazing with all the extras such as the Wii, kids toys, fully stocked kitchen, linens provided, very comfortable beds, and plenty of room to spread out. The house is close to the Main Street of the town where all the restaurants and shopping are. Most houses are not on the ocean so the drive wasn't bad at all about 5 minutes to the right! The restaurants we went to and really liked were Castaways, Moby Dicks, the pizza place down the street, and Virginia's on the bay. We also went to USS Lexington which was fun! I would highly recommend staying at this amazing property!!!! It went above and beyond our expectations and the property manager was the best to work with. I had a few questions while we were at the house and she responded within one hour! Stay here and you won't regret it!!!

The accommodations were commodious, and we had plenty of room to store belongings and extras for all the families. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and accessories we needed for all meals and BBQing! It was by far the homiest place we've stayed with 4 families! Enjoyed every minute of it, especially the balcony in the evenings. Beautiful, just beautiful! If there was a drawback it was that the two pools were shared among all the condos in the community. If the kids want pool time, it is crowded.
My whole family loved the house. Very comfortable beds and sofas/chairs. My 3 three old grandson loved the bunk bed and many toys. The kitchen was so well supplied & organized. This was a very good experience for us. Thank you!
Port Aransas is a quaint little town set on the historical Mustang Island. The island was the place that vaqueros swam wild mustangs and horses across the channel to the barrier island. Horses do not like to swim unless forced to do so. The island allowed the vaqueros to keep the wild horses captive for training and then subsequent sale to the settlers of the southern coastal Texas area and to those that shipped them over the 'Great Water'. Every October Port Aransas holds a MustangFest where hundreds of Ford Mustang owners worldwide congregate.
