This spacious condo has a large (6'X30') balcony with comfortable patio furniture that is accessible from the living room. There is a breathtaking view of Sun Glow Pier to the north, from 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. There is a view of the river from the 3rd bedroom. The master suite has a King bed, an over sized tub/shower, a walk-in closet, and separate his/hers vanity areas. The large fully-equipped kitchen has a counter with bar stools. There is also a dining area. The condo is well maintained and has underground secure parking, secured access to the building, and secured beach access.
Beautiful and quiet Daytona Beach Shores, just south of the Dunlawton Bridge and the Sun-Glo Pier. 6.5 miles to the Main Street Daytona Area. Drivable beach. Close to Ponce Inlet.
