This is within walking distance to downtown Fort Myers with a yacht basin, restaurants, library, Starbucks, pier and much more.
NOTE: This is a 90 day minimum stay during season. 60 day minimum the rest of the year.
Beautiful loft, comfortable and well appointed. Location close to downtown restaurants, nightlife. Awesome views from loft and pool. Owners very accommodating.
Two of us just stayed in this loft for two months and it was great. When we arrived they had it stocked with everything you could need from cooking supplies to hand soap, only thing to buy was food (but there were some spices and basic stuff available), they even had Tupperware and paper plates/cups. Nice décor, fully furnished, safe area, and beautiful grounds. Appliances cooking utensils were new and terrific, wanted to take them home! If I had to mention something, only complaint is that the TV upstairs is finicky, turns off if you turn the channel too fast and even after changing batteries it didn't work well. Not that big of a deal to us though. Its not too bad of a walk from downtown and would be great for people looking for a relaxed getaway.
I had the pleasure to stay in this loft for 3 months while attending flight school. Nice, clean, well equipped. My Boston Terrier enjoyed her stay too, made plenty of dog friends throughout the building, and enjoyed walking "the loop" at sunset every night... nice walkways along the river and around the complex with a large grassy park area as well. Very dog friendly. Beautiful sunsets. The pool area is great. Kitchen is well equipped. Two TVs are nice. Mattress was a little firm for my liking but a cheap feather-top fixed that for me. The bathroom with washer/dryer upstairs is very convenient. Shower is very nice and big. Garage parking is safe and very close/convenient as the loft is on the same level, no stairs or elevator with an arm full of groceries! Speaking of, a Publix is just down the street and quick. I am in my 20s, and was definitely the youngest in the building by far, but I enjoyed the calm and quiet for my studying. The building had plenty of social events and happy hours every week that looked nice.
My wife and I and our Yorkie stayed in this great loft Jan. and Feb. this year and loved it. St. Tropez is a beautiful building and the loft is very comfortable, with a great view of the Caloosahatchee river. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins and the close proximity to downtown Fort Myers is fantastic. We have booked this loft for Jan. - March next year!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Loft. The description and photos do not begin to describe the quiet elegance of this apartment. The Caloosahatchee river is visible through giant glass patio doors and windows on both levels. Imagine sitting in your living room or bedroom and watching dolphins play in the river only 50 or so feet away.
The loft and St Tropez building and grounds were clean and very well maintained. The owners answered my questions the same day. The easy availability of workout equipment simplified my exercise program. The newly updated historic river district with lots of good restaurants and a repertoire theatre are only 1 mile away. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
