Our property was awarded a prestige designation and was recently updated throughout.Watch the Sun rise from and luxuriate on our new king pillow top bed in the master bedroom. Just steps from the master bedroom is the expansive balcony - you just might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or the rare sea turtles nesting from 'your' balcony. Kim and Lou Fiorentino live in Potomac, Maryland. We are both business professionals.
We love Amelia Island and spent a number of years vacationing there before buying the condo and a town home on the island. We are both second generation Italians. I worked in NYC in the advertising for many years and Kim Works in Washington DC and Maryland providing legal services, in many cases on behalf of those who could not pay their fees. Much of her legal work centers around guardianship's and those who have special needs. We have put our 'personal touch' in every respect in our home and hope that when you stay with us you can be sure to get one of the best and largest units at Ocean place.

We loved staying at this beautiful oceanfront condo on Amelia Island. With 3 kids aged 16, 12 and 8, we have outgrown hotel rooms. After a day on the beach or swimming in the pools, we had plenty of space for all 5 of us to read/watch tv in the sitting room, play cards in the dining area or watch the ocean from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and was near fine dining, golf, tennis and a short drive to downtown Fernandina. We highly recommend booking this lovely condo for a perfect beach vacation!
My husband and I love to visit Amelia Island, and this condo was perfect for our stay. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom was beautiful, and the condo was very comfortable and clean. We definitely took advantage of the proximity to the beach for some walks and enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Hope to return again soon!
My wife and I book at Lou and Kim's Condo every year. The location right on the beach is what we love the most. We enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning we are there followed by a relaxing walk on the beach. The condo is always immaculate and its the perfect place to relax in complete comfort and style. It is also located near a lot of outdoor in nature shopping areas where you can walk to and from quaint cottage like stores set among tall trees and lush gardens. My wife and daughter love shopping at the Plantation and Palmetto Walk. There is also an abundant amount of fine dining restaurants where you can enjoy all types of eloquent cuisine.
We also enjoy making trips to down town Fernandina Beach where many of the fine eating establishments are located. This town is an quite and quaint and is a great place to unwind and go shopping for souvenirs. All in all I highly recommend renting at Lou's condo on the beach at Amelia Island.
Our family has been visiting Amelia Island for the past 10 years and make it a point to reserve this specific condominium annually. The modern décor, outstanding elevated view of the ocean from the deck and excellent accommodations makes this condo an outstanding place to stay in Amelia Island. We have comfortably accommodated 5 people during our stays. The furniture in the family room is very comfortable and the king size bed and view of the ocean in the master bedroom is first class. The master bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is perfect for the condo. Probably the best aspect of this condo however is its proximity to the beach the pool and of course the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
I give it 5 stars–highly recommend for anybody wanting to stay in Amelia Island
Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this condo during May 2016. This unit was larger, more open and brighter than my brother's condo in the same complex. We loved that it was quiet, with easy access to the beach/pool, and it was extra special for our 3 year old to see lots of gopher tortoise under the boardwalk to the beach every day. She also loved the large tub in the master bedroom and I could hang out on that balcony all day and watch the ocean. We would love to rent this same unit again next year. It greatly exceeded our expectations.
In my opinion this is the best location on the Island. The beach right in front of the condo is beautiful, clean and perfect for kids. We have stayed in this specific condo on a number of occasions (both for work and pleasure) and it has always been, simply put, great. The unit is always clean and well appointed with everything that you need to have a great trip. The view is perfect and the building is well cared for including the two pools. Best of all the owner and the management company are really easy to work with. I have stayed here and worked next door at the Ritz and it always works out ideal. Overall you can't go wrong with renting this property. Thanks Lou, for all of your help with this trip and those in the past. Looking forward to our next trip!!
