Lola's Place was specifically built [new in 2006] as a vacation rental for our guests, who are searching for a home away from home.
This beautiful new lodge is very spacious and can comfortably sleep six. The kitchen, dining, and main living area make up the great room. Very large windows make this room cheerful and inviting. All wood floors and an aspen tongue & groove ceiling add to the warmth of Lola's Place. Lola's is on a second level and has its own private entrance with stairs.
Located on 'NOTORIOUS' Blair Street (Silvertons old 'Red Light District'). From your window watch the arrival and departure of the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.
You are within easy walking distance of shopping and dining. Stay with us and experience where the pavement ends and the Old West begins

My sister and I get away every fall for a few days and this year we went to Silverton and stayed at Lola's Place. It was amazing. We had everything we needed and more. The place is very well equipped with anything you would need and was very clean. It was charming, warm, and cozy. (We had rain, sleet and snow for the first day and 1/2 ). After that we went sightseeing and 4wheeling up the mountains. It was absolutely breathtaking.
Tommy and Patty were very gracious hosts and helpful with all of our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone. We will be back at some point.
Very nice, well equipped apartment. My wife and 3 kids stayed for 9 nights and we like to do most of our eating and cooking in, so the amount of supplies, cooking ware and cabinet space was great.
Thanks Tommy and Patty
What a wonderful place in downtown Silverton! We were a group of six and headed to town for the first weekend of unguided skiing at Silverton Mountain. Tommy was an awesome host, had the place ready for our arrival and was helpful the entire stay! I would highly recommend as a ski cabin for a trip down to Silverton Mountain.
Thanks for the hospitality Tommy!
Stayed here during a ski trip to Silverton Mountain. Event though there is no fresh, the conditions were enjoyable. Lola's Place was the perfect rest spot. It is clean, comfortable and right downtown.
We rented Lola's Place for a ski trip to Silverton Mtn. and we got so much more. Everyone was comfy and cozy during our stay, and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen and a nice big dining room table to share meals together and play cards around. There was plenty of room for all our gear, and when we weren't skiing, we had front row seats to the annual skijoring event. The horses and skiers raced right past us on Notorious Blair St. Parking was easy and it was a quick walk to Avalanche Brewing and the Rum Bar, too. Couldn't ask for a better place to crash in Silverton.
We have stayed at Lola's Place at least 12 times over the past 8 years. You will not find a better host in Silverton then Tommy and Patty. Lola's is always neat and clean and the fully stocked kitchen is awesome in preparing any meal. Lola's is the perfect place for your skiing vacation. It is so close to Kendall Mountain you can walk. We really have enjoyed the last 8 Winters in Silverton at Lola's. Our favorite time at Lola's is in the summer. It is centrally located so you can walk wherever you want to go in town. Lola's is a great place to stay for your next summer or winter adventure in the San Juan Mountains. It is truly our home away from home.
