Our home is maintained with a minimum of chemicals. Sheets and towels are laundered without fragrance. We are on a septic system, so we encourage water and resource conservation, including composting. We provide information on attracting birds to the many feeders around the property. Cape Cod is an amazingly diverse environment, and much of it is available to you just sitting in the back yard, surrounded by mature trees and garden. We want to preserve that beauty and demonstrate that a luxury vacation need not be wasteful and environmentally depleting. We encourage you to join us in proving that point.

Great location, private and quiet

Alex was very kind and the house worked out very well for our family vacation. It was right down the street from Bebe Woods and the bike path. The backyard was very private and we loved the pool! It was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Alex!

Great place for large family. Awesome pool!

We were family of 7 kids & 8 adults . There was plenty of space and downstairs bedrooms worked out great for kids.

Pool huge and big hit . Location great. Near center Woods Hole beaches and MV ferry.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Our Cape Cod Experienc

The location of this home is perfect, close to downtown and other popular destinations. We also loved the size of the pool. We had 13 people in our party and were excited to spend a week in Cape Code. The home, however, did not meet our expectations. The dining area only accommodated seven people. For lunch, dining wasn't a problem, since the rest of us sat outside. However, in the evening, it was tough to sit on the patio as there were lots of insects and a few of the patio chairs had holes or were worn. The grill worked well and it's a Weber. The kitchen is outdated as is all of the furniture in the living room and bedrooms. We were not able to all sit together in any rooms as it did not accommodate us. Our mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. However, our bathroom was a good size with a large shower. No AC in this home. Our friends in the upstairs rooms were uncomfortable. We found fans in the basement, but not all of them worked and they were dusty. The windows had to be left open but then we had insects coming through. The basement was dark and had insects and cobwebs, not the arrangements I wanted for our children. There is also no 1/2 bathroom on the main floor, you must go to the basement or use the 3 that are attached to main bedrooms (1 main and 2 upstairs). I used the iron once and it leaked water everywhere. The coffee machine was broken. The property manager was contacted and he was responsive however, there was nothing he could do at that moment. The large pool is not heated, I suggest looking into a solar cover since heating is not an option. This house needs a major update and cleaning.

Best Memorial Day Weekend.

Simply put, the house is absolutely incredible and well maintained. Alex was always responsive and more than accommodating throughout our entire stay. Would highly recommend it to any large groups looking to stay in the Falmouth area. Alex, thanks again for everything. We loved our stay.

Wonderful early fall weekend

This is a lovely home for a large group rental, conveniently situated near the bike path and the town of Falmouth. The large pool was a great plus for our family and friends. We prepared all our meals at home and found the kitchen very well stocked and easy to navigate. Dining outside near the pool by candlelight was a real treat.

We are located just off Woods Hole Road in a quiet, private, neighborhood conveniently situated between Falmouth and Woods Hole. Our property abuts Beebe Woods and its many hiking trails, including the path to Highfield Theater and Arts complex. The Shining Sea bike path is a block away, connecting you to many beaches and Woods Hole. Falmouth Village also is an easy walk down the bike path.
