The villa is entirely surrounded by its own gardens, with two balconies overlooking the 15th green and the villa pool side. This is a front line golf villa in an elevated position and boasts fabulous views over the golf course. There is a large private pool a large gas BBQ and plenty of outside seating for relaxing and dining.

About Kathy

We are a private family owned property company with a portfolio of just two wonderful luxury Villas.

Arriving in 2001 we traveled the entire area of Costa Blanca searching for luxury villas, and were pleased to find Villa Ramblas situated on Las Ramblas Golf Resort and Villa Bonalba, off plan located in the Campo de Golf Bonalba, in Alicante.

Kathy purchased this villa in 2005

Why Kathy chose Alicante Area

The villa is very secure, with private parking behind lockable roller gate at the front. The villa is entirely surrounded by its own gardens, with two balconies overlooking the 15th green and the villa pool side. This is a front line golf villa in an elevated position and boasts fabulous views over the golf course. There is a large private pool a large gas BBQ and plenty of outside seating for relaxing and dining.

The luxury villa is tastefully decorated and just about everything is provided to ensure you will really feel "at home" during your stay. One of the unique features of this villa is the amount of space dedicated to providing a range of outside areas to relax in: You can sunbathe around the pool,sit on the shady lower terrace, take the sun on the upper terrace.

What makes this villa unique

Relax at the viewing table, and watch a few players competing at the 15th green of Bonalba golf course with views directly unto the golf course from this outstanding garden location.

There is a fantastic outdoor dining area, leading directly from both the kitchen and lounge dining areas.

From the hallway you can access a beautiful kitchen with marble slate working surfaces, containing a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. Inside you will find tasteful, good quality furnishings within a spacious setting.

All floors are laid with beautiful local marble with the lounge area containing twin sofas, an indoor dining area, Satellite TV, free wifi and DVD player. This luxury villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bedrooms with an outside balcony for sunbathing or relaxing with a fabulous view of the golf course and sea.

Great family villa

Villa Bonalba is a fantastic villa for a family holiday. All the rooms are spacious and the pool a fantastic size. We stayed along with another family so there were 10 of us in total and we had a great time. In terms of the location you do need a car as there are no real facilities within walking distance, but only a short drive to a huge supermarket and the nearest town with a great beach and restaurants. The management company were responsive to any small issues we had and they, in general, were resolved very quickly. The only ongoing issue we did have was with the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The weather was extremely hot and the air con, it seemed, could not cope so we did have a few hot nights. All in all though a fab villa for a family holiday.

Spoiled holidays. Not recommended

The house is badly maintained. Several time we had electricity cuts off. Two days there was no hot water. During the rain many rooms were flooded by water from the roof. The water on the balcony stayed for several days. Additionally, the owner was very slow with the return of the deposit and did not respond to our reminders. We received it back only with the assistance of VRBO.

Owner's Response: Poor weather conditions are not a reason to expect your money back and trying to hold owners to ransom will not be rewarded. False allegations of property is in very poor taste. Bonjour,

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance, la maison et spacieuse et bien équipée, Jolie décoration. De très jolie chambre. La piscine et très jolie avec ces beaux palmier. La maison et dans un quartier calme et très agréable. Bonalba et ces environs sont magnifique.

C'est avec plaisir que nous retournerons à Bonalba. :)

The Valenciana region

Golf Bonalba is a magnificent 18 hole, par 72 course, it spans from the back tees, nestling in the foot hills of the Sierra de Bonalba, overlooking the Mediterranean.

The facilities at Golf Bonalba include the Golf Academy with qualified professional instructors, large driving range, putting greens, approach area and bunker practise green. Changing rooms (lockers available), pro shop, pull trolleys, electric trolleys, buggies and golf club hire. Golf Bonalba is open every day of the year from 08.00 hours. Other services include the Club House with surrounding terraces which serves breakfasts, tapas, snacks, and menu of the day. There is also an a la carte restaurant.

Due to its location, it is ideal for your family holidays with the beautiful beaches of El Campello and San Juan close by. It's just 15km to Alicante town, and 38km to Benidorm. There is a small commercial centre at Bonalba with hairdresser, shop and café/bars.

- MEET & GREET/KEY COLLECTION (compulsory) – If you arrive during office hours (mon – fri 9am -4pm) someone will meet you at the villa with the keys at no charge. Should your arrival be outside of these hours the charge is 35€ up until 10pm and 50€ after 10pm-
- WELCOME PACK – this is optional and will be charged according to requests-
- DEPARTURE CLEANING (compulsory) – the charge for cleaning this property once you have departed is 100€ - (please note that the cleaning charge does not include washing up and if the property is left exceptionally dirty then the additional costs will be deducted from your damage deposit)

- LAUNDRY (compulsory) – the charge for laundry is 10€ per person (with 20€ minimum) – this covers per person as follows – 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet or duvet cover, 1 pillow case, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 tea towel.
