About Robert Rogowski
Married to a New Englander, Sheila for 25 years. Her mom has a summer home 2 doors away for the cottage. We have 2 teenagers, who can be seen wave hopping in their younger years in one of the photos in the wall (taken on Lake Michigan). By day I am a Business Executive (Corp Controller). We would like to live in Maine year-round, but I am working to pay the bills in Chicago for a few more years anyway!

The house was clean, clean, clean! Neighborhood was very upscale and very quiet. Weather was not great and because of stormy days we had a lot of seaweed on our little beach, however, we bought a sticker from the town and went to Fortunes Rocks Beach 2 days. We ate out a lot, didn't even grill once, but found some nice restaurants to eat at. Would rent here again.
Perfect family vacation spot!
Loved the house, the location and all of the amenities were perfect! Having everything there for the beach is such a bonus! We forgot our beach umbrella, so we really appreciated having use of those! And the kayaks were a blast! The only thing I missed was a fire pit for night time family camp fires. Other than that perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Bright, airy, picturesque coastal home
What a delightful home on Hoyt Neck in such a nice quiet area of Biddeford Maine. Two bay beaches within 1-2 minute walk and then beautiful Fortunes Rock beach only 10 minutes away on bicycle. To the south (about 8-10 minutes by car is also Goose Rocks beach (gorgeous) which is also adventurous for those who want to go out on Timber Island at low tide. Timber Island is also accessible from Timber Point and that path is readily accessible from the home. Since the home is elevated, it gets the breeze from the ocean. Kayaks were great fun for my 5 boys ages 24 to 10 and even the older girls liked them too. The bikes were a big hit, so much so, that we went out and bought one for my youngest son so that he could join in riding with his older siblings. Would definitely love to return. It is clear that the home owner seeks to do his best for those who rent his home.
Absolute gem of a rental property
Don't know if I can perfectly sum up this location after my wife and I and our two young boys stayed here for two weeks. First, the house is clean, well maintained, modern, and huge if you need extra bedroom space. Beautiful windows with good views of the ocean and moonlight. Perfect yard for playing on the grass. We utilized the bicycles, beach chairs and some of the beach toys that are in the garage. Second, if you like beaches, we had access to two private beaches which are perfect for families with kids. Only a short walk away maybe just a couple of minutes. There was literally nobody on either beach our entire stay and the weather was beautiful.
I can't say enough good things about this house and the only negative is that we had to leave. We WILL absolutely stay here again.
Nice home, clean, and plenty of space.
This home was comfortable, well designed, and uniquely furnished. We enjoyed the layout. I did wish the cookware was a little higher quality but otherwise the home was perfect.

This is a Saturday Change over 7 day stay property. To get to an accurate map of the area (Google and Yahoo do not have the right house location), see aerial map attached as photo (37 Sea Spray); From Route 9/Pool Str Find Granite Point Road (south of Fortunes Rocks Rd, north of West Str), take Granite Point Rd 1/2 m through woods, past wet lands on right and beach homes on left, turn onto Sea Spray Dr over causeway left at fork then first house on right side.
Other Activities: Bird lovers will enjoy viewing the various species in the Rachel Carson Preserve (wet lands).

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made in Biddeford, State of Maine by and between Robert and/or Sheila Rogowski, (hereinafter referred to as Owner) of 775 Endicott Road, Highwood, State of Illinois, 60040, (847) 433-4075 email@example.com and (list all people who will occupy premises) strictly limited to 10 people (hereinafter referred to as Guest). General Rules and Agreements The premises are equipped with the following items: household appliances, furniture, cooking utensils, and beach chairs. Four bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, utilities, and cable tv and wireless internet service (no local phone) included. Guest must supply bed linens and all towels. -Rules concerning conduct and waste removal and other details for convenient operation of the premises shall be provided at the premises, and include the following: -No pets are allowed. Presence of pets may result in immediate eviction without refund. -No smoking is allowed on premises. -No occupation by other than those specified above-absolutely no parties. -Guests will not sublet premises, or assign this lease. -Guests will comply with all laws and ordinances; esp. Speed Limit on child-friendly Sea Spray Dr. -Guests will respect the privacy of neighbors and will not cause excess noise. -Guest will leave the refrigerator empty and wiped down, and premises in broom clean condition, and run dish washer on day of departure. -Owner will try to provide free cleaning service on Friday to assist guest in leaving the house clean. -Guest agrees to use the premises solely for residential recreational purposes. -Guest will not remove any fixtures or equipment or equipment from premises, and will not paint, decorate or alter premises in any way. -Grounds will be kept clear of rubbish and personal items; no more than 4 cars, to be kept in garage or driveway; no fires.
