4 bed large twin story detached villa on the Kas peninsular. Finished being built June 2015 to an extremely high standard. Bosch air con units and all appliances in every room, luxury private en-suites in every bedroom, a pool & sun terrace bathed in sunlight with a knockout views of the mediterrenean sea and mountains.
BBQ area with cushioned seating and under cover pergola to enjoy your meals alfresco.
Dolphin Bay Villa & Turtle Bay Villa were built and completed in June 2015. They both have extra large private infinity pools and all bedrooms are large double size with Bosch air conditioning and private en-suites, they all have views over the beautiful touqouise Mediterranean sea, the surrounding mountains or both.
Kas peninsular is the jewel of SW Turkey and has been listed as an area of natural beauty and acheogical beauty by the government. Wild tortoises cross the road in front of you, you will probably get out and and assist them to the edge of the road. Turtles swim past on a daily basis and occasionally dolphins will grace you with their presence.
the villas are positioned at the entrance to the new marina so you can watch the yachts sail past on their way in and out of their berths every day while relaxing in the large infinity pool or just soak up the sun on the sunbeds or outside large settee's. Enjoy you meals alfresco under the shaded terrace with direct access from the kitchen, or fire up the BBQ and let dad be the chef.
Turtle Bay villa is directly behind Dolphin Bay villa and between them could accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms, combined this would make a perfect setting for a joint rental of two families or wedding party.
Turtle bay had its first marriage proposal in May 2016 with the wedding planned for September 2017, this will be the families 3rd visit to the villas.
The modern kitchen leads out on to a shaded seating area where you can enjoy your meals on the large marble table and chairs while watching the world drift by or relax & chat on the cushioned seating area while in the shade.
The open plan lounge has a large table and chairs for your family meals, twin luxury settee's and large screen tv, dvd & hifi are there so you can relax in the evening, a real log fire is at your disposal should you wish for that romantic night in by the fire.
A walk, short drive or 10 minute bus (dolmus) ride which arrives every 30 minutes and runs until 00.30 for 60p will take you into the Old Town of Kas filled with quaint restaurants, shops, locally made ice creams, cafes and hidden garden hideaway & free to use beachfront bars.
Catch the local boat trip to Meis and spend the day in the ancient Greek village or hire a Gullett and take to the seas, swimming, snorkelling or just soaking up the sun. I would recommend a boat trip to the ancient sunken city of Kekova a must for everyone. Kas has the best dive sites in Turkey and scuba diving is offered as a daily activity, it even has its own sunken DC10 airplane specially bought in to help conservation to the sea life. Try a parasail down from the local mountain direct in to the Old Town marina, a beautiful 20-60 minute airborne experience. Visit the new marina at the entrance to the peninsula and take advantage of the full size fresh water swimming pool, restaurants, spa, laundrette, chandlers and grocery shops.
A favourite trip for many is a trip to the ancient Roman site of Patara where you can walk inside the 6000 seater 2000 year old amphitheatre and explore the huge amount of Roman ruins and buildings, Its a short drive or catch the local dolmus (bus) to get there for about £1.50. Patara beach has 18 km of talcum powder sand and shallow sea which is idea for your cooling off and having a mellow swim or doing your morning fitness regime. You will be required to leave the beach by 19.00 to allow the turtles to come ashore and have their own R&R, fair enough!
This is a villa that you will want to come back to year after year.
A British couple with a love for Turkey, its natural beauty, culture, lifestyle and most welcoming locals. A place where everything is locally grown, all the fruit and vegetables are organic and pulled from the trees or small holdings that morning. Not a preservative, E number or additive in site, your food will taste amazing, eggs so fresh, vegetables so crispy you won't want to leave.
Tony Summers purchased this villa in 2015
Dolphin Bay villa finished in June 2015, the most beautiful & largest 3 double bed single storey villa on Kas (174m2 internally & massive outside sunbathing and dining area externally) with the most amazing views over the coastline directly in front of you and the mountains to your right. You'll struggle to find a more relaxing location with such a high standard of build and fittings. All apliances are Bosch and each villa has 2x smoke alarms & 2x carbon monoxide alarms for your peace of mind.
Turtle Bay Villa, shares the same amazing views and position but is a twin story with 4 double bed accommodation. 3 double size rooms on the first floor with a seperate 4th bedroom on a lower level for peace and quiet, all with their own en suites, also finished in June 2015 and located directly behind Dolphin Bay, it has an amazing feel, combining exquisite taste and unbelievable surroundings the view has to be seen to be believed.
Dolphin Bay Villa is positioned directly in front of Turtle Bay Villa so the pair can be rented together or independently. This means up to 14 people can stay together in the 7 double bedrooms making it ideal for two or three families who want to holiday together but like the added advantage of being close neighbours without over crowding each other. A perfect place for a wedding party or those celebrating a special time with their family or friends. Both villas will see their first wedding in September 2017 after a marriage proposal in May 2016 while staying at Turtle Bay, how exciting.
Beautiful new and clean house. The best view from the house to the sea! Very good service from the driver and pool man.
Kas is a very nice village. I would recommend the house and city to everyone!!! Thanks so much!
Stayed at Dolphin last minute for R & R. Every element was fab !
If I had one comment to make it would be too add some form of privacy screen from road to swimming / bathing area.
Our holiday at the Dolphin Bay Villa was really awesome!
We were 5 persons (between 23 and 61 years old) and spent 8 nights in the villa.
We arrived quite late in the evening at Dolphin Bay Villa but Omer ( very nice man who takes care of the house, cleans pool,...) was already waiting for us. He gave us the key and showed us everything in the house.
The villa is very luxury, stylish and well-appointed. Everything is very clean, the beds are really comfortable, every bathroom has several towels and a hair-dryer, so you don't have to take yours with you.
The area outside the villa is sooo beautiful with the huge infinity pool and the amazing view over the sea! It's like you are dreaming while watching the sunset and drinking a glass of wine.
Omer brought us fresh bread every day, so we didn't have to get outside the villa in the morning and so we were just enyoing the sun and relaxing inside the pool.
I can only recommend a stay at this beautiful property, not just because of the amazing villa but also because of the very very good service provided by the owner. He answers every question really quick and gives you helpful advice regarding car rental, activities and evertything you want to know.
We hope to get back someday maybe already next year :)
Thank you Tony for the amazing holiday!
We hadn't visited Turkey before and found it to be a very beautiful and welcoming place. The Kas Peninsula had been recommended by everyone we knew who had been and quite rightly.Turtle Bay Villas position on the Peninsula makes for a stunning and peaceful location. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was incredible and the overall ambience of the Villa is of a top quality and carefully thought out residence. I travelled with my Mother and three teenage children and really appreciated the excellent support given by Tony before we left and whilst we were away. The Villa is looked after on a daily basis by a wonderful Turkish man called Omer who brought us fresh bread every morning and made sure that everything was running perfectly. There is a bus that goes right past the Villa twice an hour into Kas which is a charming and laid back town with a beautiful old Marina, so many restaurants that it was hard to choose and fantastic shops. The market on a Friday is not to be missed. You really don't need to hire a car. We took a private boat trip round the Islands off Kas on the last day and had the most wonderful lunch cooked for us on the boat. Afterwards we swam with Turtles, it was a day, as was the whole holiday, that we will never forget. Thank you Tony - we will be back.
we have just returned from a week in Kas, Dolphin Bay Villa is stunning with amazing views from every room, the infinity pool is truly luxurious and the terrace has lovely comfy furniture where we watched the sunset in the evenings.
The villa was spotless, and newly built with everything you could possibly need, many of the kitchen items had not even been used. The gardens were well maintained and an friendly pool maintenance man visited every day.
Kas is a short drive away with lots bars and restaurants, where everyone speaks English, we loved the
Hideaway Bar for evening drinks. The market was great and we bought back some lovely gifts, teas and spices.
We had good communication with the owner prior to leaving which gave us peace of mind, they was very helpful indeed, this villa is highly recommended, can't wait to go again!
Turtle Bay villa is on the Peninsula of Kas, it's a beautiful property with very good finishings in immaculate condition. I stayed here with my family and we had a fabulous holiday. There are three bedrooms upstairs, all have beautiful views and we loved the big balconies to sit out and enjoy the scenery. For breakfast we ate al fresco every morning as there's a big marble table under a pergola just to the side of the kitchen, it was idyllic. The house has a quality TV with satellite connections so our small toddler was well entertained when needed! I enjoyed cooking in the house and the local farmers markets have lots of local organic produce. You can get to Kas itself by car or the inexpensive 'dolmus' (bus) which runs frequently past the property. Overall the stay was just what we needed to recharge our batteries, the house was very comfortable with big comfy sofas and lots of places to rest. There's nothing nicer than lying out on the sun bed looking at the stunning view or swimming in the infinity pool overlooking the Lighthouse. Yes, I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone wanting some luxurious privacy (as you are not overlooked), in a peaceful setting yet not far from all the activities and nightlife in Kas.
Kas Peninsular is a designated area of natural beauty and unspoilt coastline with Turtle's being regular visitors along the shore. A beautiful coastline walk, drive or even local bus service to either the new Kas marina with spa, restaurant, bar, cafe, open air swimming pool and supermarket. Pop into the Old Town of Kas and visit it's weekly market for fruit & spices, clothing, antiques, and relics. Visit the old town with its fishing boats, gulets, cafes, quaint shops, restaurants, bars, traditional turkish barbers.
Kas has some of the best scuba dive sites in Turkey, hire a Gulet and visit the sunken Roman City for a snorkel, visit beautiful Islands or just relax on the sundecks. If you want something more adventurous how about paragliding? a daily activity on offer, surf from the surrounding mountains down to the marina a full 20 minute sightseeing tour direct from the skies and not a drop of water will touch you as you land on dry land.
