Housing
Its 160m² comprises 4 bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds. On the same level, you will appreciate the large contemporary lounge with TV area and relaxation area. The large kitchen with its dining area overlooks the terrace deck.
Outside, you can enjoy the sun by the pool and you can enjoy your meals on the terrace where a barbecue is available.
Access of travelers
Travelers will have access to the entire barge except the cabin of the boatman, independent of the rental housing. This one will be occupied by the owner who will be at your disposal on your arrival then for any possible information.
Exchanges with travelers
The owner can guide you in your cultural visits and discoveries of the region. For your comfort, he will take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool.
The neighborhood
The houseboat is located on the banks of the island Piot, facing the ramparts of the old town of Avignon with a breathtaking panorama of the Palais des Papes.

You are 15 minutes walk from the city center, where rental bicycles are available (velopop).
The train station and bus station are located just 20 minutes walk from the houseboat. Shuttle buses allow the connection with the TGV station.

Rates are given weekly (7 nights minimum):
- very high season from July 1st to July 31st: 2400 euros
High season from August 1st to August 30th: 2100 eur
- average and low season from September 1st to June 30th (stay of 3 nights minimum),
