Enjoy with your family and friends fantastic meals and summer dinners on the huge furnished terrace of 6m2. The street where the property is located directly leads to the beach and to the shopping areas of leisure Cala Millor. The apartment is located in a community of neighbors quiet and with partial privacy.
The lounge and the dining room are located in the same space. The lounge is the ideal place to relax watching TV or reading a good book. The kitchen with gas stove, has everything you can need to prepare the best dishes during your stay. The laundry area has one washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 2 bedrooms; one with one double bed and the other one with two single beds. Both rooms feature one fan and a wardrobe. One extra place can be accomodated in the sofa bed, situated in the living room. One cot and a high chair and two more fans are available on request. The house has 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Cala Millor is characterized by its tourism environment and have a variety of dining and entertainment options, although the apartment is located in a quiet area of the town. There is a long sandy beach with clear water, where you can enjoy water sports such as skysurf, windsurfing, diving or jet skis. You can rent a bike, which is highly recommended for moving in the area.
NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Etwas veraltetes aber nicht kaputtes Mobiliar. Lage an sich super, nur 3 min zum Strand, aber abends durch die Anwohner etwas laut. Waren zu 5 im Appartement, konnten dadurch den Preis aufteilen, war aber trotzdem insgesamt sehr günstig. Preis-Leistung deswegen absolut super. Läden, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle, alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen Fazit: Ich empfehles auf jeden Fall weiter.
