Attractive, detached cottage, part of which dates back to the 1700s, just eight hundred metres from the town centre of Bakewell, a very popular market town in the heart of the Peak District National Park. The cottage is situated on the steep road to Monyash with parking opposite. It has a split level garden with a patio for BBQs and a sunroom. Just a short drive to Dovedale, Monsal Head, Lathkill Dale, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall the cottage is located perfectly for a lovely experience of the Peak District. There are beautiful walks and cycle paths abound. There is road side car parking opposite and further up the road. Bakewell has a plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants.

First Floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 twin, 1 double, both with wooden floors. Bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
Bed linen and towels included, gas central heating, WiFi, TV, DVD with small library, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ, washer/dryer, travel cot, high chair. No smoking or pets.
Super little cottage in a lovely location. Cosy, beautifully clean and well equipped. Great to be able to walk into Bakewell in just a few minutes. Had to park up the hill a little but this was no big deal. Lovely to be able to sit out in the garden to read and eat. Recommended.
May cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. We had a wonderful holiday. It has given us very fond memories.
