This light, spacious one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a townhouse in the heart of Cannes, within easy walking distance to everything.
This apartment was renovated in 2011 to a high standard and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
The open plan living area comprises an easy chair and a sofa that folds out to form a comfortable bed. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and the neutral colour scheme creates a tranquil atmosphere. A wooden dining table provides seating for two. There is also a flat screen TV, WiFi internet, an iPod docking station, stereo and DVD/MP3 player for your entertainment needs.
The kitchen is in one corner of the living area. It is very modern and well equipped with everything guests could need to be able to cater for themselves. Among the appliances included are an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
The bedroom comprises a double bed and twin wardrobe providing plenty of storage space. It overlooks a quiet courtyard and so guests will be able to get a good night's sleep!
The clean, modern shower room has a rain shower and utility cupboard housing the washing machine.
This apartment is in a prime location as the Croisette is just a five minute walk away and the Palais can be reached in less than ten minutes. Transport, parking, restaurants and bars are all on the doorstep.
It is possible to rent Lumiere II with the adjoining apartment, Lumiere, in this way creating one large family-sized space with private entrance hall, sleeping a maximum of 8 people (2 bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds).
