About Kenneth A. Morris

Hello, Happy Family Picture---traveling some where????. Graduated from Saugtuck High School in 1981. Family has owned the house since 1978. Bought the house from my mom 20 years back or so, planned to live there, but life got in the way!!! Get back when we can, our loss is your gain!

Kenneth A. Morris purchased this house in 1978

Why Kenneth A. Morris chose Michigan

It is the house I grew up in!

What makes this house unique

Wonderfull old house that overlooks downtown, at least when the leaves are not on the tress. Very enjoyable as you can walk to everything in town, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Park the car at the house, and forget about it for the rest of your stay. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all up to date and in good clean condition. Additionally, local management and over site of the property ensures none of the unforeseen problems that can result from long distance owners that may not be fully aware of the day to day situation.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Comfy Winter Escape

  • 5 of 5

Two families with small kids enjoyed the short walk to the heart town, a quick drive to Holland, the cozy fireplace, playing games, and cooking yummy meals. We could even see New Year's fireworks from the living room window! We loved it. Kenneth the owner made everything easy.

Great weekend getaway

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at Ken's house in Saugatuck. It is in a great location and it was perfect for a couples retreat. We especially loved the fire pit and the sun porch. It was our first time in Saugatuck but definitely will not be our last! Ken was so easy to work with and the house was beautiful. Thanks, Ken!
