This vacation home and the New Seabury Resort is just a short jaunt to the well known Mashpee Commons shopping area which has both national tenants and local boutiques shops of all types, numerous restaurants, a movie theater and major grocery stores. The town of Falmouth and the Woods Hole Ferry Port to Martha’s Vineyard is about 30 minutes west and the Cape’s major City of Hyannis is about 45 minutes east. The overall “Upper Cape Cod” location is about 75 miles from the Boston, MA area and 60 miles from Providence, RI and 70 miles to Providencetown, MA. The Cape has an abundance of nature sports and environmental enjoyment activities, plus several actors theaters, golf courses (although the adjacent New Seabury Club is private, its restaurant & lounge are public), quaint walking towns and everything called vacation enjoyment.
