This spacious apartment has been newly refurbished to the highest standard. Sleeping up to 2 guests the apartment is situated in Innes Street, a cul-de-sac, which is just off the main centre of Inverness. Within 2 minutes' walk of the train and bus station and from the city centre restaurants, bars, cafes and shops Innes Street apartment is an ideal location if on business or if visiting friends or family or just spending some time in the capital of the Highlands.
Free onsite parking (permit supplied) means you can leave the car outside the apartment and walk to most places in the city centre within a few minutes and free Wi-Fi internet access means you can stay in touch with email, your Facebook friends or watch your own Sky Go if you don't fancy watching the TV in the apartment.
Lounge with plenty seating, coffee table, TV with Freeview and DVD player, Free Wi-Fi internet access. Separate kitchen with gas oven, gas hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, alarm radio. Good sized bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The apartment is heated throughout by gas fired central heating. Hot water is on demand.
A hairdryer, iron & ironing board and clothes horse are in the apartment also.
Parking permit supplied for the duration of your stay for one parking space on street on the Innes Street cul-de-sac.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
The first nights rental will be charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking. The final balance will be due 5 days before arrival. Once a booking is made you will be liable for the full cost of the rental however from the time the booking is placed you have 24 hours to change your mind and cancel the booking and you will receive a full refund (less any card processing fees already paid). Key collection is available locally, details are sent by email as part of receipt of payment of the final balance. Full terms of rental can be viewed and printed off as part of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your rental should, due to any unforeseen event, you have to cancel your booking.
Key collection details will be supplied upon receipt of payment 5 days prior to arrival. Please ensure you are able to collect email at that time before booking.

The Innes St. apartment was the perfect place to stay as we explored the area around Inverness. The apartment was well equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. Delightful place.
We booked this nice little Apartment for two nights during our stay in Inverness. It was very clean and not far from the bus station and the railway station and there are different shops nearby, where you get everything you need to cook a meal in the well equiped kitchen. A cozy bed maked the rounded it up.
Internet did'nt work the last 2 days. Tv had Only a few canals. Bed: we do not think one dobbelt bed with one mattress and one quilt is ok.
The dining/sittingroom is very dark and anplesant
A good location for exploring Inverness and surrounding area. Parking was always available outside the property in a very quiet street. Clean apartment with adequate facilities.
The Innes Street Apartment provides benefits of a rather central location in the capital of the highlands combined with calm surroundings and a private atmosphere.
Plenty of room to spread out in roomy apartment. Great to be able to use a washing machine and make our own breakfast after a couple of weeks staying in hotels . Comfortable and well equipped , it provided everything we needed for our 2 nights in Inverness. We managed to find parking right outside. It is only a short walk up to main shopping srtreets .
From the train station on foot – from the front door turn right onto Academy Street then first right onto Struthers Lane. At the end of Struthers Lane turn left at the Budget Rent-a-car office along Railway Terrace. At the end of Railway Terrace take the walkway under the dual carriage and onto Innes Street. The apartment is half way down Innes Street on the right and is numbered 56.
From the south by car – On the A9 take the first exit at the Longman Roundabout just before the Kessock Bridge. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit. Continue passed Kwik Fit on the left over the bridge to the Rose Street roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and keep in the right hand lane. At the Shore Street roundabout take the 4th (last exit) along Shore Street then within 100 metres turn right onto Innes Street. Continue about and the apartment is about 100 metres up on the left number 56.
