Welcome to the perfect residence for any visitors or discerning holidaymakers/visitor seeking secure, deluxe, self-catering accommodation in the heart of the City of Exeter in the County of Devon.

This is a gorgeous & unique property in every way; probably it is one which you won’t find is bettered. The TripAdvisor reviews evidence this!

You can stay for a minimum of 4 nights in low season but preferably longer.

The apartment has been recently refurbished and is on the first floor of a beautiful Grade II listed building in Southernhay which is in central Exeter just moments from the Combined Court Building, the Gothic Cathedral, Princesshay shopping district and the Quay. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are within walking distance.

When it comes to preparing your apartment, there's no corner-cutting. It is furnished to a very high standard plus you will receive a very personal service to allow you to relax and enjoy your visit. This is genuinely your home from home.

This brand new first floor apartment is beautifully arranged over 85 square metres and it is accessed by lift or stairs. The design is modern and cool and it's furnished to a very high standard with oak floors thoughout. It comprises two bedrooms, each with King size beds (one can be split to two singles) and luxury cotton bedding; one en suite shower room, basin and WC plus a second bathroom with a wonderful deep bath, hand basin and WC. Each bathroom has heated mirrors and we provide handsoaps and bathroom bubbles.

WI FI is included & there is secure parking on site too. We are completely pet free and Non Smoking.

The beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, drinks/wine fridge, Nespresso machine, Quooker fusion tap, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (and washer-dryer) is ready for any serious cook.

Meat and Veg boxes from a local supplier can be delivered at your convenience.

Finally, there's a large Lounge with 3 huge sash windows overlooking Southernhay Gardens in which you can entertain, relax and unwind. There is a smart TV, DVD player and Roberts CD/DAB radio. The dining table can seat 6 should you chose to dine at home.

Luxury linens and towels are provided as well as a very generous welcome pack and for the special occasion, there's also a visiting beautician (who must be pre-booked) & laundry service

There is a mini-gym on site and if you are here for business meetings, you can hire the stunning boardroom, subject to availability.

There is also a friendly on site concierge service to make your stay a pleasant one & assist with bookings, table reservations, outside laundry etc. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Deliveroo is in Exeter too. Secure parking too!

8 mind can ride from Exeter Train Station and 15 minutes from Exeter Airport.

Our family enjoyed a month long stay in this apartment while visiting family in Exeter. We found it perfect in every way. Location is great, so close to Exeter Cathedral, the Quay, High Street and easy walk to the shops of Magdalen Road and Heavitree. The apartment is modern, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The owner welcomed us warmly and provided generous food provisions that were much appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday in Exeter, coming back to this apartment after a day's sightseeing was like coming home.

What a great place

To get a secure, comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and living room for the price of a decent hotel is a great deal. I heartily recommend this apartment. We had all the essentials in the kitchen, plus a few treats and a bottle of wine. The concierge, Mick, went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The location is in walking distance of everything we desired, the cathedral, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again without equivocation. The only negative is that it is a university town ad on occasion students walked past in the wee hours talking loudly. However, earplugs after the first night solved that and we both slept comfortably from then on. If you can find better in Exeter for even close to the price I would be shocked.

Beautiful flat

We recently spent 5 days, 6 nights in Exeter, in this beautiful, spotlessly clean, and remodeled apartment (we never would have known it once was a hospital). Tina was very helpful from day one. A nice surprise was the yummy supplies for breakfast and a light meal. The en-suite bathroom has an excellent shower and the second bathroom has a deluxe bathtub. Plenty of towels were provided. Beds were comfortable and there was ample closet space. The location is convenient for sightseeing (Exeter Cathedral is a short walk from the apartment) and for great eating establishments, transport, and highways. We did rent a car for a few days to see more of Devon and Cornwall so it was nice to have a parking space included behind the building. The concierge, Mick, provided great assistance, from showing us around the apartment to sharing driving tips. We definitely would stay here again.

A true respite. Tina, Nick and Mick were the epitome of the finest hospitality. The apt. is better furnished and more roomy than many ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotels but better priced. When we return to Exeter, this will be our first choice.

Modern, well appointed apartment in centre of Exeter

We recently spent 10 days in Exeter in this clean and modern apartment. The nice owner, Tina, who was efficient and responsive pre-booking, met us personally at the weekend to let us in. She had thoughtfully provided supplies for breakfast and a light meal. The apartment is spacious, light and airy. The en-suite bathroom has an excellent shower, and the adjoining bathroom has a deluxe bathtub. Plenty of towels provided. Beds were comfortable and there was ample closet space. A bonus was discovering a small gym in the basement (elliptical, recumbent bike, rowing machine, weights). The location in Southernhay is excellent being close to the shopping centre, Cathedral, transport and highways. We did not use a car, but parking is also available, which is a rare commodity in Exeter. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in wonderful location

We stayed for a few days before Christmas in this wonderful apartment. The location is fantastic - just a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. And the apartment itself is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Not only was it large and beautifully appointed, there was shampoo, shower gel and cupboards and fridge stocked with essentials. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.
