Our 2 level LOFT style 1-Bedroom unit has a Brand New 50" Smart TV . New King Bed (RARE FIND) in Upstairs Master Bedroom along with ROLLAWAY SLEEPER. No carpet in unit. New Luxury Vinyl Plank in upstairs Bedroom. New Roku Smart TV upstairs.
Downstairs has New pull out Queen sleeper sofa and living room glider chair.
2 Bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. NEW A/C UNIT . Be sure to check TOTAL costs if comparing (not just per night rate), we cost less because we don't charge and/or pay Management Company fees. We manage and CLEAN our Condos for quality assurance. June and July stays require 7 nights (Check in on Sunday and check out on Sunday)

Family Trip

The property was in a great location. It's within walking distance to the Back Country Trail and Lartigue's Seafood Market. We loved the easy beach access and enjoyed the drinks from the snack shop. The tennis court was great for playing pickle ball.

Nice stay!

Really enjoyes the apartment. only problem was the closest elevator was not working and it is a loooong walk to the other one. Pools were nice and got a lot of use since the weather was windy and there was was high surf. Would recommend.
