We stayed at this property in July and august and had the most fabulous holiday. We took our family who had never been to Tuscany before and they were blown away by the villa and the area. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun chairs and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor eating area. The kitchen was also excellent. Paul (known as Paulo) who managed the property was superb. He arranged the Pizza Nights (one a week) for all the holidaymakers and even came into our villa and cooked a meal for us. We understand he is shortly returning to Canada and he will be sorely missed. He was so patient with the children who were allowed to make pizzas and we have a great video of our daughter (she is not a child!) making a pizza under Paulo's supervision. We understand that Stefano (the owner) does the Pizza Nights as well and I am sure they will be fantastic. It really was s great way to meet the other residents and get to know them.
We have experienced in a quiet location a great week with "Pizza Party" by the landlord on Tuesday evening (80 participants and friends of the environment). The estate consists of 2 villas and a few houses which are all top maintained. The villa is super and well maintained. Good location for dog owners.
Villa Cassiopea is a really lovely villa. Very comfortable and all fittings and furnishings of a very good standard, the garden and pool are lovely and well maintained. The weather was good so we ate alot outside both on the terrace and under the pergola close to the pool. We picked our own tomatoes in the estates vegetable garden as invited by the friendly owner, what a taste they had! Enjoyed visiting Vinci, a really pretty town and easily took the train from Empoli railway station (about 20 mins away) to Florence and Pisa. We had a really lovely holiday there. Grazie La Bella Toscana for your excellent service.
We spent our second week in Italy at Cassiopea. The drive up to the home was a bit unnerving for an expat, but we adapted. The scenery was as beautiful as one could imagine, with unbeateable sunsets. The condo was just as pictured and did not disappoint. We we met by anna, who spoke english and Italian, and offered lot's of tips on the region. Stephano, our host made sure that any need we had was met and even made dinner for us that was "true Italiano". The worst part of Cassiopea, was saying goodbye. The experience was beyond my imagination, and we will absolutely return.
