South Carolina Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, 1 Bedroom (Queen) + Bunk Area(2), Sleeper Sofa(2), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-6)

Completely renovated unit with new everything! One of the nicest units in the entire complex! (Read my Reviews) This villa is in Building 'C'...100 yards to the Islands largest pool and extra wide Island Beach

This Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with brand new queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (for 12 and under). Living room with queen sleeper, Flatscreen HDTV, FREE Wifi, Blu-Ray Player, Radio/CD Player. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Four. Mounted Flat Screen in Bedroom on a swivel mount!!

Blu-Ray Player offers Netflix, HuluPlus, etc. (**Please now, that you will have to login with your personal account info to use. *Please logout when finished). Clock Radio above TV offers Bluetooth connectivity + Audio cable in back for music options. Ceiling Fans are in the Living and Bedroom, which is also an upgrade as all Resort units were not built with them in mind. Personal work was done in order to wire the unit to make this happen.

This 2nd-floor, End Unit villa is steps away from elevator...and extremely close to parking. Handicap accessible.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

**Beach and Tennis resort has Check-In Desk to get your Keys & Parking Passes, until August 1, 2016. Also, upon your arrival, the housekeeping team will attempt to call you inside the unit to make sure everything was to your satisfaction when you entered the Condo. (They will call on the Condo phone line)**

Starting August 1, 2016 Owner will be taking over Unit Management. At that time, he will provide a Parking Pass and Door Lock Combo Code to get in when final payment is provided.

BOOKING POLICY

*At time of making reservation a thirty (30%) percent deposit will be due. Remaining payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. If reservations is made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, the entire amount is due at time of making reservation. Unit Entry Info and Parking Pass will be emailed to you once final payment has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY TILL JULY 31 2016:

*Full Refund if Cancelled 30+ days prior to stay

*If Cancelled 14-30 Prior to stay, 30% Deposit is not refunded.

*If Cancelled less than 14 Days prior to stay, Full Payment is non-refundable

CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF AUGUST 1ST 2016:

*Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. (Minus 3% if payment was made through PayPal)

*Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. (Minus 3% if payment was made through PayPal)

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION

-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.

-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a started supply of toilet tissue, Kleenex, and paper towels.

-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.

-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)

-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)

-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.

-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.

-Front Desk is open at 7:00am to 11:00pm daily in season, late check-ins may report to the security gate.

- Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.

I live in Cornelius, NC...part of Lake Norman and just 20 mins. North of Charlotte. I lived on HHI from 1989 - 2000 and have always considered it my home (other than my birthplace)

I bought the unit on October 27, 2014.

Owning this unit means the world to me and want to offer it to others while I am not there.

This Unit has everything that I wanted to be offered and therefore offering it to others with the perfect weekend, week long stay, including snowbird offers. There are enough amenities that you could go a whole weekend and never have to leave the resort. I love the Beach and the Island and all that it offers with its 'Outdoor Lifestyle'

I am open to feedback and want my Visitors to come back year after year, if not multiple times in a year. Perfect spot for a vacation!

It all started with Kevin (owner), and his promptness in getting back to our reservation request. He answered all questions and couldn't be easier to work with! The condo itself is just like the pictures. Very cozy, well maintained, and updated. All appliances worked well and the cleanliness was great! Queen sized bed slept awesome! Location in the resort is very convenient. Just a hop and a skip out the door and you are on the beach or at the pool. The condo is in a great location inside the resort. The resort is nice, laid back, and gives you a safe vibe. Everyone seemed friendly. All of the amenities were easily accessible. To sum things up we have already planned our next stay just a couple of months away. Once again Kevin with answer all of your questions and get back to all messages in a timely manner. Me and my family could not have been happier! Looking forward to our 2nd trip very soon!

Wonderful Updated condo!!

I was there for Heritage weekend with 2 other ladies. We had plenty of room and had everything we needed in this cute updated condo!! So close to pool and beach..when we arrived the condo was clean and well maintained. The pictures on line really did reflect the condo correctly.

The Pool was huge!!! With a new pool deck and Jamaica Joes was great to have right there for drinks and lunch!

Pretty close to all other activities on the Island, especially Shelter Cove. Had no Problem getting cab service quickly on a busy weekend.

Owner Kevin Martin was great to work with and book thru, he got back to me right away about my reservation.

I would stay again in a heart beat!

Ground are well maintained. Condo was in good location

We enjoyed our time in this condo unit. Kevin was great in meeting our needs. The location is very close to the beach We had trouble with the Netflix but was told that was because of high demand usage. The elevator was out the entire two months that we were there( except for the first two days) but this unit is very close to the stairs so that helped. Second floor was easy to get to. The condo was clean. We would recommend it to a couple or one with two small children.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for the comments....I am sorry the elevator the unit was out the entire time...so yes, another reason why I picked a unit that was on the end, close to the stairs and did not want to be on the top floor. I hope you will come back again

Although the bedroom was a little small, the condo itself was very good; clean and confortable. The Resort itself was excellent with huge pool right on the ocean, and small gym. Customer service at front desk, bar and tiki hit was great. We will be back

Hilton Head Island, sometimes referred to as simply Hilton Head, is a Lowcountry resort town located on an island of the same name in Beaufort County, South Carolina, United States. It is 20 miles (32 km) northeast of Savannah, Georgia, and 95 miles (153 km) southwest of Charleston. The island gets its name from Captain William Hilton. In 1663, Hilton identified a headland near the entrance to Port Royal Sound, which he named 'Hilton's Head' after himself. The island features 12 miles (19 km) of beachfront on the Atlantic Ocean and is a popular vacation destination. In 2004, an estimated 2.25 million visitors pumped more than $1.5 billion into the local economy.[3] The year-round population was 37,099 at the 2010 census,[4] although during the peak of summer vacation season the population can swell to 275,000.
